Uzgarul sniffs derisively, "Hmph, is that all?"
"THIS IS ALL I WILL NEED TO REND YOUR SKIN FROM YOUR BODY!" Arean shouts as he launches himself towards the orc, the Mace of Molag Bal blurring as it swings towards Uzgarul's head.
The orc responds as you'd expect, taking the challenge with his own attack, causing the two Daedric Artifacts to crash into each other.
*BOOOOM!*
A shockwave blows through the city that shatters most of the glass it reaches. The two Champions weren't any better, since the Artifacts couldn't so easily be destroyed, the backlash was entirely centred on their bodies.
*CRASH!*
Both combatants find themselves fully buried in various places, Arean's body was embedded in a stone wall with his right arm entirely missing. And Uzgural himself had lost grip on Volendrung as his body was thrown through an abandoned cart, a closed window shutter, and then the bar where all the drinks had previously been.
"Hrhk..." Uzgarul mutters as he pries himself out of the shelf. He was lucky that his armour had stopped the many glass shards from reaching him, the only problem now was his missing weapon.
He gets up and drops to the floor with a thud before marching outside, just as Arean had pulled himself from the stone, his arm not even close to regenerating.
"Looks like I was the winner of our exchange." Uzgarul mocks as his eyes trail around the place for his missing weapon, though, he's not able to locate it.
"Y-you... You rely too much on your weapon. Now, it is my turn." he wheezes as his crushed body forcefully puts everything back into place.
Uzgarul charges again, not willing to let the vampire fully recover, he smashes his armoured fist into Arean's fanged face, only to be met with a retaliatory claw that digs into his armour, almost managing to breach it.
The fight descends into a base fight and claw fight, with each Champion steadily gaining injuries and they beat each other into a bloody pulp.
Arean would continually gain distance and steal as much vitality as possible with Vampiric Drain, only for Uzgarul to barrel into the vampire and unleash a furry of furious fists, the orc's armoured gauntlets acting as miniature hammers with which to splatter his enemies brains with.
Soon enough however, Arean gains the advantage as his previously dismembered arm heals itself. Uzgarul's armour is battered and covered in deep claw marks, so he was well aware of the way the battle was turning... He just needed to find... Oh...
"The victory is mine, orc. Without your weapon you are nothing!" the vampire taunts, only to be surprised when Uzgarul sprints away. The orc fleeing had not even registered since it was so out of place. He was about to go into a tirade against the orc's lack of honour when he finally noticed what was up. Uzgarul had started clambering up a nearby building in an attempt to reach Volendrung that'd been half-buried in a high stone wall.
"NO. YOU. DON'T!" Arean roars, leaving the ground and flying quickly towards the orc with claws bared, intent to spear through his worn armour... Only to be blindsided by a flash of light that came from the city gates.
"BEGONE, CREATURE!" Garrick the Glare shouts as a ray of light shoots from the tip of Dawnbreaker, slamming into Arean's side and causing a good portion of his left side to burn black and start disintegrating.
Arean crashes into the same wall as earlier, creating another identical vampire-shaped hole next to the original.
Uzgarul notices the sudden intervention but doesn't react how you'd expect. "DAMNED INTRUDER! WHERE IS YOUR HONOUR! STAY OUT OF MY FIGHT, OR I'LL SPLATTER YOUR HEAD ALONGSIDE THE BLOODSUCKER!"
Garrick merely sneers at the orc, "It isn't just your fight anymore, toad of Malacath." he says as he points Dawnbreaker towards Uzgarul.
*TSSSTTTT!*
*CLATTER!*
Uzgarul is thrown from his perch as the same beam of light from earlier strikes him in the side, it lacked the impact it had when it'd struck Arean, but the heat was quickly burning through his armour, causing melted droplets of metal to painfully mar his skin. He's forced to cease his mission of retrieving Volendrung to find cover against the attack. Clearly, honour wasn't a factor in this fight any longer, so he felt no need to uphold it himself.
His legs turn awkwardly as he lands on the floor, but he ignores it and quickly retreats through the city, specifically, towards where he assumed the Mace of Molag Bal had fallen.
With the orc temporarily out of the fight, Garrick makes his way to the downed vampire with Dawnbreaker in hand. "Burn in the light! Rape Abomination!" he proclaims as he tries to spear Arean through the chest. Only for the vampire to turn to mist at the last second...
Arean reappears not far away a line of burnt flesh on his stomach, being unable to avoid the attack even in mist form. He drops to a knee a vomits dark, almost black blood onto the ground in a pitiful display. "My lord will not forget you, Meridia's lapdog!"
Garrick sneers, "Good. Tell him that Meridia sends her regards when you reach him." he says while getting ready to finish the vampire off.
*SQUELCH!*
As if in slow motion, Uzgarul appears behind Garrick and slams the Mace of Molag Bal into his skull, crushing it in one swift strike, causing blood and viscera to explode outwards in a spectacularly gory display.
"You reap what you sow! Dishonourable cur!" Uzgarul growls as he turns to look at Arean, "And you, you're next."
The orc picks up Dawnbreaker and stabs it through Arean's chest just as it was beginning to dissipate and be transferred to Malacath. The vampire explodes into flames as he's run through, his body disintegrating under the searingly hot light of the artifact.
With his death, Uzgarul also becomes able to send the Mace of Molag Bal to Malacath. Leaving him empty-handed in the middle of the utterly destroyed entrance of Markarth.
