Emergancy Quest, Deaths.

"Alright, now both of you go and complete the same process and return here. I will wait," Aren concluded after explaining to them everything he experienced there. He didn't tell them about the pandora box because it was too unreliable. It won't give them helpful starting items like him since he can't use [ Cursed Shofar ] because of not meeting the requirement while the ability of <Painful Glory> can only be used in dire situations. He could only use <Haste> for now and it was not an offensive skill.

Lorain and Quinn nodded before they said 'Myriad Mountain' in their head and got the option to enter, and both of them said 'Yes' in their heads.

They appeared in Myriad Mountain at different locations, but the usual process started as the voice told them to wait until the square border on their hand filled up.

After it was filled up, the scenery changed in front of them as they appeared in a dark place with three boxes in front of them.

Quinn thought for a moment and decided to choose the box in the middle while Lorain just casually chose the 1st box.

After they did that, Both of them appeared in different towns inside Wild Expanse.

But according to Aren, they were supposed to leave after entering here, and they did just that.

They thought about leaving and got a window panel explaining the use of Mystic Field and how they could bring items outside.

After that, they thought about leaving again and left the Wild Expanse before returning to the hospital room.

Seeing them, Aren directly asked, "Did you open your beginner boxes?"

"Nope," Quinn stated.

Lorain shook her head, "I didn't open it."

"No problem," Aren spoke before he walked to the other side of the bed.

The three of them held their hands before Aren thought about entering the Wild Expanse.

"Which destination should we choose, Aren?" Lorain asked.

"I have already got a connection with a person in Red Bell Town and know more about it than you know about your towns, so we will select Red Bell Town," Aren said.

Lorain and Quinn nodded before all three of them said 'Red Bell Town' in their mind and felt a bit dizzy as the scenery changed in front of them and they appeared in the Red Bell Town.

They appeared at the spot where Aren left the Town.

But right as they appeared, all three of them got a quest panel in front of them.

<Quest Objective>

-->The Hunchback wolves are currently attacking this Town. The wolves are being held back by the town guards, but town guards are not enough to hold back all the wolves from entering the Town and kill them. Help the guards and kill wolves before the guards lose their formation and wolves floods the town.

--> 500 exp.

--> A random beginner Ability.

"Mom, Quinn, open your boxes and learn the skills. We can't miss this quest."

Quinn and Lorain took out their boxes and opened them as golden sparks flew out from the boxes before the box disappeared. The two skill books and a weapon were automatically stored inside their inventory.

Both of them then took out a scroll and learned their skills.

"Ouch...," Quinn winced slightly while Lorain frowned in pain as some information appeared in their head and muscle memory.

Aren waited as they took out their second scroll and before accepting the option to learn the skills as they went through another round of pain.

Afterward, Aren told them to take out their weapons and started running towards the Town's gates.

On the way, Aren asked them about their skills and weapons.

Quinn got a boomerang while Lorain got a Longsword.

As for the skills, Quinn got <Charged Attack> and <Leap> while Lorain got <Stab> and <Dash>.

Aren, Quinn, and Lorain reached the Town's Gate and were shocked to see a few dead bodies being put aside inside the Town by other people.

"A-Aren...They look like they are from our world." Quinn spoke with a slight tremble in her voice. She felt like puking when she saw their limbs missing.

A total of four people were lying on the pool of their blood while other people looked fearfully at the wolves outside the gate that were barely held back by the guards.

Aren also saw Fergon among the guards as he held a hammer in his hand to attack the wolves.

Suddenly, one of the four people lying supposedly dead on the side opened his eyes and spoke with pain in his faint voice, "H-help..help me."

Aren was also blank for a moment seeing the whole situation before he took a deep breath and dashed towards the half-dead middle-aged man asking for help, "Go back! Return to earth and tell your family to call an ambulance. Hurry up! You are already losing too much blood."

The man's eyes opened wide as sadness appeared in his eyes, "C-can't." After that, his breath stopped, and he died.
