Finally leaving

After returning to the inn, Yu Dong had a light dinner with her family. As she washed her hands and stepped out of the restroom, she ran into Madam Kong. 

Master Xiao hadn't returned from the yamen, and no one knew when he was going to return or whether he did return, and never came back home. 

She glanced at Madam Kong's ugly expression and knew that the woman was not in a good mood. 

Of course, Yu Dong didn't dare to question what was wrong with Madam Kong as she already knew that the woman was still brooding over the fact that her family was now entangled with the members of the dark sect. 

"I am really sorry for all the trouble," said Madam Kong as soon as Yu Dong came to a stop in front of her. "I never knew that turning a blind eye to the antics of my husband would lead to so much trouble."
