Chapter 14 Infuriating

Journeying on the Calm Belt was relatively uneventful for the group, after all with the seastone coating down on the ship along with Arch's devil fruit ability there journey across the Calm Belt was quite smooth.

A few days after entering the Calm Belt the group found themselves once again approaching Amazon Lily, this time purposefully obviously. 'Hopefully she won't make things difficult.' Arch thought as they approached the island of the Kuja.

Once they were at a decently close distance, it seemed as if a signal was set off, as noises were made throughout the island. The Kuja Pirates' ship, Perfume Yuda, came into view a few minutes later with a haughty looking Boa Hancock standing at the helm.

"Hmph! Took you long enough you almost spent the entire 2 weeks!" She said annoyedly pointing at Arch. "So I take it you've gathered the people?" Arch asked, looking at the excited gazes of the Kuja women.

"Naturally I have, what do you take this Empress for? A useless cur like you?" She questioned, as Arch felt a headache coming on, every time he interacted with this woman he regretted his life decision more and more.

"You want to call ME a useless cur after what happened last time?" Arch fired back, Hancock scowled in response. This back and forth continued for a few minutes when William let out a light cough. "Your Majesty are we going to make our way back to Tigria or would you like to bicker with the Pirate Empress all day." William muttered, hearing this Arch immediately gazed at William with annoyance in his eyes.

'Way to call me out buddy.' Arch thought before shaking his head. 'Actually he's right, what am I doing arguing with a 19 year old girl.' Arch sighed calming himself down. There's was just something about this woman that rubbed Arch the wrong way.

"Okay lets stop this here, so how's this going to work out? We board your ship and attach our boat via a rope or what?" Arch asked as he didn't feel like wasting more time. "This Empress will allow you and your group to board the ship, you can just connect your boat with this rope." She replied almost mockingly throwing a rope down.

The Expedition Team then tied their boat to the Perfume Yuda and made their way onto the ship. Once they arrived on the ship they immediately elicited many curious gazes from the Kuja, after all the ones they had fought against were the Kuja Pirates who had gone on many adventures while these were mostly the regular Kuja tribeswomen who had never seen the outside world.

"So those are men?"

"I thought they would be taller."

"No they look about right, but I heard they would have long tiger like fangs."

"Really but I was told they had tails?"

They each questioned one after another, which in turn made the members of the Expedition Team look back at them equally as confused. "I thought they were meant to turn people to stone." Bertram muttered as he looked at them.

"Zip it no fooling around this Alliance is already hanging by a thread and I don't need you ruining it for the Kingdom." Arch snapped back immediately, he didn't need Bertram going all "Super Bertram" and ruining this.

After a few minutes of their continued awe at looking at them, Arch finally decided enough was enough. "Ahem, do any of you have any questions?" Arch asked he felt that it was probably best he had at least taught them some things beforehand.

"How do men pee?" One of them asked, and immediately Arch blushed lightly. "Wel-" Arch was about to explain when Ugo interrupted him. "Men have a ***** unlike women which can be used to pee from, this is how it looks like." Ugo explained quickly drawing a diagram.

'Thank you bro.' Arch thought before quickly distancing himself. Naturally a doctor was better suited to this than him and Ugo even seemed quite enthusiastic. On the other hand the other members of the Expedition Team stayed behind to support Ugo just in case.

Walking to the edge of the ship Arch watched the calm sea in front of him, it was truly an oddity especially when you considered how close it was to the Grand Line. Arch hadn't been able to appreciate its calmness before due to having to move the boat along, but now he finally had the time.

"Hmph you're so useless." A voice sounded behind Arch, the calmness shattered in but an instant. 'I really had to go jinx myself.' Arch sighed as he turned around. Naturally it was Boa Hancock who had said that, currently she was dressed in the purple dress she'd wear to Marineford.

Not only that, but this dress came along with a pair of high heels meaning she was not only taller than Arch as she was before, but a full head taller than him. "What do you want?" Arch asked locking eyes with her.

"Nothing really, I just wanted to see what a so called King does, but it seems you're nothing special." Hancock replied as a disgusted expression appeared on her face. "Hmph, you're one to talk what are you doing right now? Aren't you wasting your time with said King?" Arch shot back.

"Naturally its my duty as a host to check on my guests." She justified. "Then good you can over there." Arch said pointing towards Ugo's lecturing area. Looking towards the direction Hancock's face immediately reddened.

"A-As an Empress I shan't partake in such uncouth discourse." Her eyes closed with her face pointed away from the discussion. "For the "most beautiful woman in the world" you sure do sound old." Arch pointed out, as her face reddened further.

He was sure she was one or two words away from straight up having a stroke, so naturally Arch had to continue. "In fact, I rather look at a stone all day than look at you." Arch finished, sure it wasn't the most intelligent or even witty reply but its what he could come up with and that was enough.

"Y-You!" She mumbled before storming off. 'Finally peace and quiet.' Arch sighed with relief before turning his attention back to the Calm Belt. He could finally relax.
