Exchanging Secrets

"I'm not going to hurt you," Alexis tried to calm Eldred down.

But Eldred was too shocked to see the strange room or whatever it was that he was in. And he shouted, "If you are not going to hurt me then why have you brought me here? Tell me, where am I?"

"You are inside our craft. You had fainted outside, that is why I brought you in here. You don't have to be so scared of us." Alexis smiled and crouched down to Eldred's level.

But Eldred leaned back on his seat while fisting in front of his face. He was still not convinced that those strangers were not going to do anything to him. "I am warning you... don't come any close to me or you will regret it."

Alexis pressed her lips into thin line and sighed. She had not given much thought about how the young version of her dad would be. But this was not what she was expecting. He was too stubborn to even listen and he was not letting his guard down.
