"Because she has the power to kill him." Hilda answered.

"Even though King Rapheal had banned dark magic, Prince Kaiden still went ahead and practiced it, saying that Shadow Magic was not enough to defeat the Elves. With time, Prince Kaiden grew stronger and stronger. Fearing that Prince Kaiden would try to rebel and take over the Kingdom, King Rapheal tricked him into taking a heart-binding centipede."
