Chapter 2

I'm let off my stop when it comes, a majority of the bus has the same stop as I'm followed out by many of the passengers sat with me.

It's a popular event, one not a lot of people would pass up. The venue is packed with people of all ages, security tight if the patrolling hordes of doom say anything about it.

Sancino is a city with its own history, the people around don't seem too kerfuffled about the scene swarming with security. I shake my head at myself, why would they? Security here protects and serves them, the Heroes here protect and serve them. 

No one gets pulled out of their covers in the night, no one has their lips sealed shut for incendiary comments against the Mayor, no one shivers at their own security.

This isn't Xoxia.

More to the fact the Venue is a large spiral of a tower that pierces the clouds. How is this even allowed? A building so large stands as a hazard to...everyone down on the ground.
