While Stephan was updating the colonists in the café, Dawn woke up a groggy Jessica and had to keep bugging her for several minutes before she grudgingly agreed to get up, get ready, and start doing all of the testing they needed to do that day. Feeling she still needed motivation, Dawn told her, "If you don't hurry up and get ready I'll assign you to go to all of the families with the kids that aren't even old enough to go to school so you have to come up with inventive ways to test them and make them think that it's a game and hope it's a game they want to play."
"Ugggghhhhh," Jessica groaned, "Why do you always gotta make me do the hard stuff?"
Dawn laughed and told her, "What we're doing today with the kids isn't the hard part. The hard part is going to be testing the adults that don't think they have any abilities. Because they can be even more stubborn and hard headed than the kids."
