In the distance, Kristy walked closer to Ella. Her face smiled when she saw Ella was taking pictures at that time.

"Ella, congratulations on your marriage," Kristy said awkwardly.

"Kristy, I didn't expect you to come. After all this time, you've been missing."

"Ella, are you okay if I leave you for a bit? John and I need to say hello to our relatives there," Alfred spoke and pointed in a direction far ahead of them.

"Of course, it's okay, Alfred," Ella answered, and Alfred just kissed Ella's lips quickly. Ella looked embarrassed by Alfred because he was not ashamed to kiss her in public.

"I know this sounds weird, and maybe you don't believe it. But my dad has completely taken over all my communications, especially with Calvin. And I'm sorry, Ella, I didn't call you either." Kristy continued, still looking awkward.

"I met John in LA. He told me about your and Alfred's wedding. And I really can't wait to see Ella soon."
