After five years

**Naomi's point of view** 

''Dad, there's something else'' i said. He didn't bother to look at me, i guess he thought our conversation was over. 

''I'm actually going with Adrena.'' 

He finally looked up. ''Oh that's sounds like a  nice idea! The two of you could use a vacation together!'' 

Of course he thought i meant as a vacation. It made it even harder to tell him the truth. Maybe i just should go there as a vacation? Or at least lie to him about it, and tell him that he's right. 

My dad watches a lot of dr. Phil, and sometimes i worry if i end up like one of the spoiled young daughters on the show, who broke her father's heart because she won't behave. Maybe it's time to finally be honest for once.
