Prometheus

The throne room is still as grand and as beautiful as before, though the inhabitants are another thing.

I sit on my throne and look at the four people on my right and two on my left.

Before I can even look at the person in the center of the throne room my gaze is glued to the female sitting next me.

"I haven't see you before", a soft and seductive voice says coquettishly.

"Aphrodite", I whisper softly under my breath.

"What?,", Aphrodite says.

"Nothing", I say normally after calming myself down.

Aphrodite is beautiful, no that's an understatement, honestly I don't know how to describe it.

Her every action in unbelievably seductive.

It's extremely hard for me to even keep a straight face in-front of her.

She has golden honey-blonde hair, sparkling wide baby-blue eyes, long eyelashes, a small cute nose, pink rosy soft looking lip, smoothe blemish-less skin, and the best figure of any goddess or Titan I have ever seen.

Zeus can barely stop himself from drooling and Hades looks uncomfortable and slightly red.

I force myself to turn and look at the other gods.

Demeter looks the same, but more tired?

Hera looks extremely angry and disappointed at the same time while looking at Zeus.

While Hestia just looks uncomfortable.

I finally turn to the center and see what the person looks like.

It's Prometheus.

He has dark-brown hair, warm kind brown eyes, tan skin, and a friendly smile.

Though now he is beaten and chained in his human sized form before us.

I've seen him sometimes before, but didn't know exactly when to save him because I don't know the exact date or time of things.

"Poseidon, it's nice to see you", Hestia says.

I just shrug in response and she frowns.

"Poseidon, we are here to decide the fate of Prometheus!", Zeus says angrily.

"What did he do?", I question although I know what happened.

"He stole fire from Hestia's hearth and gave it to the humans", Hera says.

"So?", I ask.

"He should be punished!", Zeus bellows.

"What's wrong with giving fire to the humans?", I ask, genuinely curious because the myths never really gave a straight answer.

A sparkle flashes in Prometheus's eyes, and hope wells in them.

"Ummm....umm...Because.....That doesn't matter! He disobeyed my orders!", Zeus stutters out angrily.

"He doesn't deserve to be punished", I say determinedly.

"You dare go against your king!", Zeus bellows madly.

Lightning flashes and the air becomes staticky and charged with energetic.

"I'm not trying to fight you Zeus, but I will if you try and force me into it", I respond flatly and the ground starts to shake and tremble.

"Everyone should calm down, we don't need to fight over this", Hestia says.

"If they fight, I'm on Poseidon's side", Hades adds in while throwing and angry glare at Zeus.

I do a double take in surprise.

Last time I saw Hades he was still angry at me for his lot in life, what happened?

"Let's do a vote," Hestia suggests.

"Ooh, a vote", Aphrodite says coyly.

"I'm fine with that", Demeter adds in.

Zeus grumbles but then concedes, though not before shooting me a glare filled with hatred.

"Who votes for leaving Prometheus unpunished", Zeus announces grumpily.

I raise my hand, Hades raises his hand, Hestia raises her hand, and Aphrodite shoots me an even more seductive look than before, then raises her hand.

"Fine then, leave this traitor unpunished", Zeus grumbles under his breath angrily.

Prometheus's celestial bronze chains come off and he gives me a grateful smile and nod before leaving.

Soon after he leaves, Hera's face suddenly brightens and she asks for our attention before speaking.

"I would like to announce that Zeus and I will be getting married!", Hera exclaims joyfully.

"Did you think this through?", I question, "He ate his last wife."

"You dare! She was going to give birth to the usurper of my throne!", Zeus screams.

"And that makes you so different from Kronos, right?", I ask sarcastically.

Zeus's face goes red, but he can't think of a retort.

"Poseidon, that's uncalled for", Hestia says.

"Whatever, still, Hera are you sure you want to marry him, even if you know there is like a one hundred percent chance he will cheat on you based on his "past conquests"?", l say.

"Zeus promised me he would change and be different!", Hera says.

"At first I didn't want to agree so easily after what happen with Metis, but he was so sweet and charming!", Hera continues, "I love him."

"Don't say I didn't try and warn you", I sigh.

"What do you mean by that!", Zeus screams at me.

"I meant exactly what I said", I respond.

"Why do you hate us!", Hera exclaims exasperatedly.

"I don't hate you, I'm just not necessarily excited about your existences", I say normally with a shrug.

Hestia frowns and looks uncomfortable.

"Why are you always going against me?", Zeus yells at me.

"Well, I'm allergic to stupidity, I break out in sarcasm", I respond with a small smirk.

"Please just stop", Demeter sighs.

"That's fine with me", I continue,"I need to leave anyway".

The ringing from my rune blares on and on in my head.

"Cutie, do you really have to leave so soon", Aphrodite asks charmingly.

"Sorry, I can only please one person per day, today is not your day, and tomorrow doesn't look so good either", I say just before flashing out.

...

"You've finished forging it?", I question Brontes and the other Cyclopes.

"We did, we did!", They all exclaim happily.

"Thank you all for all your hard work", I respond with a smile.

Their smiles grow even wider than before and Brontes turns around and grabs a block of metal and then hands it to me.

It's abyssal steel, the metal that Hecate and I came up with together.

Forged with Uru, traded from the Norse, celestial bronze, imperial gold, stygian iron, and tons of magic.

I call it abyssal steel because it's as dark as the abyss.

All the light around it seems to get drawn in, as if it's taking light away from the very world itself.

So far it is the only metal capable of truly killing a god, forcing their body and soul to fade away into nothingness.

"Can you forge this metal into my trident?", I ask the Elder Cyclopes before me.

"We can try", the Cyclopes respond.
