While Dani thought it was just a casual conversation between her mom and sister, the duo knew what they were talking about. they understood what it really means to be Daniela Nixin. Right now, they were not looking at her as Daniela or even as Rhian.

They were looking at her as Hera, the goddess's favorite child.

Someone would ask why the goddess gave her favorite children the uncontrollable anger, but maybe it was to spark the fear in people who dared to think of going against her choice, the previous alpha king and queen were nice rulers, and everyone loved them.

But they were too nice, and maybe that was why they died mercilessly.

Hera and Hermes, however, would be a force to be reckoned with.
