Chapter 45

The Typhoon Gunship it's like a giant helicopter without rotors, hovering on six jet thrusters. It's a next-gen gunship.It zeroes down on a stretch of ice near a huge cave. A set of runway lights appear under the ice, guiding it in for a smooth landing. The cave swallows the plane whole.The Typhoon Gunship rolls to a stop inside the cave and the side door opens.Renji exits with the weapons case, two Neo-Vipers behind him.Renji clicks a hand held remote and a hidden ice wall opens to reveal a HI-TECH DIVING BELL awaiting them.

The DIVING BELL comes shooting down out of a shaft in the bottom of the ice cap and rockets down towards the facility.As the diving bell descends,Renji stares at the facility out the portal. It was an immense size of the place.The base is built under the Polar Ice Caps, so associates are advised to wear coats when above the base, or in the hangar.Massive in size, the base appears to still be under construction and is the size of a small city. It is located in the Arctic.This base has many security systems, with the deadly Neo-Vipers maintaining security and guarding key areas. The base is also armed with hi-tech harpoon guns and turbo pulse canons, along with missile tubes, which James McCullen uses to launch the nanomite warheads.

The diving bell entry port opens, guarded by two Neo-Vipers. McCullen stands waiting. His eyes first move to the weapons case in Storm Shadow's hands ,he questioned with anger"So we failed our mission in Paris and lost both Ana and Storm Shadow."

Storm Shadow opens it and shows him the t warheads and said"They betrayed us.I had to get way since they had be outmatched in numbers and even weapons.I warned you that brat can't be trusted."

McCullen frowned he didn't like his first message to the world was met with failure,also he really lusted after Ana so her escape annoyed him as he looked at the Doctor and asked"Did you take care of them?"

Doctor with a glee replied"Yes,the moment Renji told me about them.I activated their kill switch both are dead.So we don't have to worry about them talking about our plans."

Doctor was so arrogant that his tech wouldn't fail or someone can take over them.Kage was able to completely stop the Nano Bots for the time period.

Doctor was slightly sad about losing Storm Shadow a skilled Assasin,but that went away when he remember Renji.He didn't think much about Ana,after all they could get more spies.

McCullen with fake sadness said"Such a pity."

McCullen runs his fingers over them, then asks with nods, Renji closes the case. McCullen tells Renji" Take them to the drones. I want them ready to launch in three hours."

Renji gave nod and replied"It will be done."as he was angry because he lost the first mission.Religion didn't notice who Kage was also even though he was master he didn't know Kage was the CEO of Arashikage industries.Although he knew the Clan had some connections to the company,but didn't know how.Renji's soul focus was getting revenge on Kage.

While in the G I joel base,everyone was busy getting ready for attacking McCullen's base in the Arctic.Giselle was with them having given permission by General Hawks to come to the base since her assist helped the Joes in making sure.General Hawks seeing Giselle smiled and said"We did had thoughts about recruiting you,but you were working for someone else at that time."

Giselle nodded she was working for Mr.Nobody for short while before Braga.

General Hawks then turns looking at the team said"Your scuffle in Paris did cause slight issues.But when we talked with them about what was at Stake they were actually thankful about not losing the Eiffel Tower.But out job does end their we are attacking the base soon as McCullen is planning to hit all the 4 main cities in the world."

While everyone went to ready their weapons Giselle asked"So saving the world is something you do every friday?"
