CHAPTER 2: "FATIMA"

Fatima is a younger sister of John. Yes John has a younger sister and I am very close to her. But now...

(SHOCK)"Fatima?! Hey Fatima! Hey wake up! HELP! SOMEBODY PLEASE! PLEASE CALL THE AMBULANCE NOW!"

AT THE HOSPITAL....

'FATIMA PLEASE DON'T LEAVE US YET.'

'Lord please don't take away Fatima.'

nurse-"Miss, you aren't allowed to go in. Please just seat here and wait for the doctor."

"Nurse please I need to see her."

nurse-"Sorry miss but you aren't allowed to enter the room. For now please just stay here and wait for the doctor."

So that's it... I just kept quiet and sat down.

Flashback.....

"Hey Amie. Can I introduce you to my family?"

"What? Really John? Of course! I would love to meet you're family."

"That's Great!"

"I'm home!"

"John can you please come here in the kitchen"

"Okay mom"

"Hey Amie can you wait here at the sofa?"

"Sure"

(footsteps)..(looked behind)...(saw a girl)..(stand up)..

"Hi, my name is Amie. :)"

"Oh, you must be my big brother's Girlfriend."

"Yes."

"Hi! My name is Fatima, his younger sister. Nice to meet you."

"Oh nice to meet you too."

"Hey Mom, where is Dad?"-John

"Oh, he is upstairs. why?"

"Oh okay. I'll go call him now"

A few Minutes later...

"Mom, Dad, I would like you to meet my Girlfriend, Amie."

"Nice to meet you Mr. and Mrs. Reyes. My name is Amie Costalles. I am John's Girlfriend."

"Oh nice to meet you too dear. Please have a seat."

*at dinner*

*ehem*

"Oh, by the way, Amie, meet my sis-"

"Oh don't worry, Fatima and I have already met earlier at the living room."

"That's right big brother, and to be honest, I love big sister Amie! Please never break up with her."

"HAHAHAHA of course I won't you silly, Unless .. * turns to Amie * .. your sister Amie will break up with me. "

"Ate Amie, are you gonna leave brother John?"

"Don't worry Fatima, I will never leave your brother."

"He often chases me "(Amie whispered).

"Hey! That is so not true!"

*Everyone laughed.*

......and so on......

...few days later

"Hey sister Amie."

"Yes Fatima?"

"Can we go shopping later?"

"Of course.(chuckles)"

"Yehey!!! Thank you sister Amie. You're the best sister ever!"

(note: Amie and Fatima aren't really sisters. 'Sister' is just what Fatima call's her because Amie is older than her and it is because they are really close.)

Fatima and I went shopping and ate at a restaurant. Gosh, we just bought so many clothes, HAHAHAHAHA. well we are women so it seems like it's normal to fashion, right? After we went shopping and ate, we went to the park and ate ice cream. Later on, we went home.

"Hey sister Amie Thank you sooo much for today. I had soo much fun!"

"You're welcome! Next time if you need anything just ask me okay?"

"Okay!"

After a few months, Fatima and I became so close that we could hardly be separated. It seems like we treat each other as siblings more than John and Fatima does HAHAHAHA. Fatima is very kind and she is a loving person. She easily forgives people that have done her wrong. She is a jolly person. I treat her like my real sister. I am just an only child which is why I love her so much. But who would have thought that ..... she would have an accident ....

(at the hospital)

"NURSE! NURSE!WHERE IS THE ROOM OF FATIMA REYES?!"

I seem familiarized with that voice...

nurse-"Who are they?"

(Shock) It's John...

"I am his brother and this is our mom and dad."

nurse-"Okay sir. Just go straight ahead then turn right."

"Okay. Thank you so much nurse!"

John, Mr. and Mrs. Reyes are already here. Of course they'll come.

"FATIMA! FATIMA!"

"Mrs. Reyes. Mrs. Reyes please wait. We aren't allowed to go in yet. They are still in the middle of the surgery. Let's just wait for the doctor."

"Amie please let me through! I want to see my daughter!"

"Sorry Mrs. Reyes but we really can't go in now."

(John went to see us)

"Mom calm down. Let's just sit down and pray for Fatima to be alright."

"Yes Hon. John is right. Let's just sit here and wait for the doctor"-Mr. Reyes.

We all prayed for Fatima. A few moments later, the Doctor came out.

"Doc, how is she? H-how is my Daughter?"-Mrs. Reyes.

"Don't worry. You're daughter is in a stable condition now. For now she just needs to rest."

"Thank GOD! Thank you so much Doc."-Mr. Reyes.

Ilang saaglit pa ay pumasok na kami sa kwarto ni Fatima.

"Amie. Thank you so much for taking my daughter to the hospital. If it wasn't for you she would've been dead by now. Thank you so much! I owe you one."-Mrs. Reyes.

"No problem Mrs. Reyes. Fatima is like my younger sister. And I, myself wouldn't want to lose her too."

"Thank you very much Amie. John aren't you going to say anything to Amie?"- Mr. Reyes.

"T-Thank you Amie for saving my sister..."

"Y-you're welcome"

SILENCE..

Seriously, its awkward. I will say goodbye to my aunt and uncle so they can have privacy.

"Umm...Mrs. Reyes? I'm gonna go now."

"Oh okay Amie. Thank you so much. Be careful on you're way home okay?"

"Okay Mrs. Reyes"

I went outside when suddenly....

"Amie wait!"

JOHN?! Why did he follow me?

"W-what is it?"

panting....

"About that day....Amie please let me explain."

"John please stop! I don't want to hear about it. I'm already trying to move on okay. And I hope you are too."

After I said those, I ran as fast as I can away from him.

"Amie! Amie! Please wait!"

But why is that? Why do I seem to want to go back and listen to John? The further I run the more my Heart is aching. Why ?! Why does my heart hurt ?! I broke up with John. And that is my Decision, but why is my heart still aching ?!

I got in my car and left the hospital. I don't know why but I was crying as I thought about what happened on the break up day of John and me and what happened earlier.

But why is John forcing me to listen to him? What is his reason why I should listen to him? Is there a reason why he always leaves me every after 5 hours? What's up? What is the reason? ....

After those, I finally got home. (sigh) Forget what happened yesterday Amie. For now I will just cook what I will eat and then I will visit Fatima tomorrow.
