*half a month later

It was 3 pm.

"Y/n, what are you doing?" Kai asked.

"Nothing really. I don't have any work to do. I took off from evrything today." I said and sat on the bed.

"What are you up to?"

"Same as you. Appa said me to take the day off."

"Are you working that hard?" I asked. He sighed and sat next to me.

"I have work hard, no matter what job it is. Cause that's what you told." He said and I smiled.

"Y/n, are you free evening?"

"Ne."

"How about we both go out.... like a date?"

"Ok." I said and pinched his cheeks.

'Did he just ask me out? And did I just say ok?' I asked myself. And why did I even pinch his cheeks?

Ok, something's really into me.

"What are you thinking?" He asked. I shook my head saying no.

"See you at 5." He said and left.

'Is this really me?'

"Unnie?" Jennie called, waving her hand, infront of me.

"Uh, sorry."

"Unnie, oppa said you need my help."

"Yeah, not now, but later."

*at 4

I thought I'll start now.

"Jennie, if you are going out on a date with your friend, what would you wear?" I asked her.

"Wae unnie? Are you going on a date?" I nodded my head.

"Who is it?" She asked eagerly.

I hesitated telling it.

"You find it out on your own." I said and searched for a dress.

"Unnie, this is not fair!" She whined.

"You help me out and after we finish, I'll tell." I said and she hugged me suddenly.

"I am happy that you are going on a date unnie." I smiled and she helped me search a dress.

*after 15 mins

"Not this one. It's too much, for a simple date."

"Unnie, what would you like to wear then?"

"Something comfy and simple."

"Ok, I guess I have it." She showed me a dress and it looked so good.

"This is it! I'll go change." I said and took it from her and went to the washroom. I wore it on and came out.

"Wow Unnie! You look so beautiful." She said. I bowed down, saying a thank you.

It was a floral off-shoulder, crop top with a short skirt, in the same design.

Jennie helped me with my hair and I looked at myself in the mirror.

"Thank you." I said. She had done it beautifully.

I wore my sneakers and wore small yet cute earrings and looked at myself.

"Unnie, I am sure your date will definitely fall for you the second he sees you." She said. I smiled at it.

The door knocked and Jennie went to open it.

It was Kai. He was dressed in his normal attire, but it looked really cool and cute.

"You look really beautiful." He said.

"So do you."

"You both are going on a date?"

"Yeah. Anything wrong?" Kai said.

Jennie shook her head saying no.

"Shall we get going?" I nodded and he lend his hand and held his hand and we both walked down and went out.

We sat in the car and he drove.

"So, where are we going?" I asked, curiously.

"Surprise." He said and drove. I looked outside the window. It was beautiful.

*after half an hour of driving

The car stopped and we got down. I looked around, a smile grew in my face.

"Cable-car. I always wanted to go on it. How do you know?"

"i heard you talk with Andrea that day. She asked hwat you wanted to do the most, so I thought, I'd get you here."

"Thank you." I said and hugged him.

We walked and we got in the cable car.

He sat opposite to me. I looked outside and the view was really beautiful. And the sun was about to set.

''Y/n, there is something I want to show you.'' He said.

''What is it?'' I asked eagerly.

He took out his phone which was connected to earphones.

''This is a cover song. I want you to listen to it, and tell me what you think about it.''

I nodded my head and took it from him and put it on.

It was ''Perfect'' by Ed Sheeran.

I really loved this song. It was one of my favourites.

His voice was really sweet and melodious. I could keep on hearing him, sing.

The song ended and I removed it and looked at him.

"It was really wonderful. Your voice is really sweet. I would keep listening to you singing."

He smiled. He's really cute. I looked by the side and there was the beautiful sunset.

"The view is so beautiful." I said.

"Y/n, there's something else I want to tell."

I turned to him. He was feeling nervous.

"Are you ok?"

"I tried, but I couldn't stop myself." He said.

"About what?"

"I tried not to like you, but the more I am with you, I just couldn't."

I didn't know how to react to it. He sat beside me and held my hand.

"The song.. that was how much I love you. I really wanted to tell you how I feel, but I thought it would be nice to express it through the song." He said.

'Do I like him too?' I asked myself and rewinded about how I felt when I was with him.

I started blushing, my heart was beating fast, I always think about him. Are these the signs of love?

I looked at him, while he was already looking at me. I felt something.

Yes! It is what I was thinking.

He slowly moved forward and kissed my lips, and moved back.

Our eyes never left each other. He moved forward again and kissed me passionately.

My hands went up to his cheeks and his hands around my waist. He pulled me closer and we kissed deeply and passionately. It was sweet and romantic.

Kissing under the sunset, in a cable car. Could you imagine an experience more than this?

"I love you too." I said and he smiled and we kissed again.

We came to the station again and we got down.

I held onto his hand and we walked out. We couldn't stop looking at each other.

"It was really a nice place to confess." I said.

"I knew you'd like it." And I smiled.

But suddenly, he stopped. I looked at him and saw him looking at someone.

I turned my gaze to what he was seeing and I wasn't feeling anything.

The boys had come. But for what?

"Y/n-" I cut Jimin.

"Please no. I am not ready to listen to anything you guys say. Just leave me alone." I said and walked away along with Kai.

We got in and he drove back to home.

We reached and I got down and walked.

"Y/n." Kai called. I turned towards him.

"Y/n, why? They came to talk to you, and you just said no. Why?" He asked as he came towards me.

"They have blamed me for something I haven't done and always supported her. They told me, to get out. They never even liked seeing me. They never even contacted me. They weren't even worried. They were the opposite." As I said, tears slowly flowed down.

"I know they blamed it on you, but they are still your friends. You have known them well. Give them a chance and see what they want to tell." He said and wiped my tears and kissed my wet cheeks.

I wasn't sure if I could gve them another chance. But he was right. They are my friends and I need to hear them out.

I nodded my head and he wiped the excess tears. I hugged him and he hugged me back.

"WOOHOOO!!!!" We heard few people shout. We broke the hug and looked around and saw Jennie, Rose, Lisa, Jisoo, along with Mr and Mrs Kim.

I looked down feeling shy and my cheeks were turning red. I covered myself by looking down and closing myself in Kai's jacket.

"Unnie, Don't feel shy! We all know about it!" Jennie said.

I kept punching Kai, feeling shy.

"If you keep punching me, and hugging me, they won't stop their cheering." Kai whispered.

I hit his shoulder and turned, looking down.

"I guess I'll get going." I said and ran inside smiling and feeling shy and ran to Jennie's room and closed the door.

"Ooooo." I could hear them, cheering.

I couldn't stop smiling. I was happy that I confessed. I refreshed myself and changed to my pyjamas.

There was a knock and I opened the door and soon I was pinned to the door, by Kai.

"What?" I asked.

"I missed you." He said and I smiled. He slowly moved forward and put his hands around my waist and pulled me closer. I placed my hands on his shoulder.

He came closer and closer and we were about to kiss, when the door knocked.

"Do they allow to make some romance?" He whispered.

"I guess it would be better if you go now." I said and pecked his cheek.

We stood staright and he opened the door. It was none other than Jennie.

"Oh! Did I interupt you both?" She asked.

"No. Not at all." Kai said.

"Unnie!" She said and hugged me.

"Goodnight." Kai mouthed. I mouthed him a good night and he left.

"Unnie, I am really happy that Kai oppa and you are together." She said. I smiled.

We both lay down and slept. Jennie slept peacefully but I couldn't sleep. I was filled with excitment.

The first time I am loved by someone. I have never felt this way before. Kai is my first love and my first kiss.

I slowly drifted to sleep, thinking about him.

Third Person POV

While, Kai was also in the same situation. He couldn't sleep and all he could think of was Y/n. Even if he closed his eyes, he could only think of her.

He kept twisting and turning around. He couldn't really sleep.

'Oh Y/n. What did you do to me? I can't stop thinking about you, from the time I confessed. Ah, can't wait till tomorrow.'

And he slowly drifted to sleep.
