Deep Sleep Meditation

Klaust wake up in the morning feeling refreshed. When he look around in the room he sees that his little sister is still sleeping soundly on the bed. He tried to stand up quietly and make his way to the kitchen after that. While he is making breakfast for the two of them he tried to remember what happened before. The crystal egg, the castle, the tree, and everything feel so surreal for him. When he tried to see the information in his mind, somehow he got a bit dizzy before being able to look for the information.

'Ughh what happened? Why can't i see the information?' Klaust keep trying to see the information, until he remembered what the castle said to him about being to exhausted mentally and phisically.

'Mental exhaustion? It seems i need to find out about this thing first maybe the book that mom and dad left me has a clue to this'

Klaust finished cooking breakfast and set up the food on the table, while waiting for Nunally to wake up on her own, he took out the book left by his parent. Klaust skimmed the content of the book until he reach the part of mental energy. There explain mental energy and spiritual energy is the same thing. While resting by sleeping can recover physical exhaustment, mental exhaustion can also be recovered by sleeping. It was just the time needed to recover will be longer than physical one . After confirming about these thing Klaust feel a bit relieved.

'Thankfully it can recover after a while, i shouldn't overexert this spiritual thing before i get the metode to recover it'

While he is thinking about all these thing, he hear a sound from Nunally room. It seems the little girl wake up. He's right, the little girl wake up and come out from her room while rubbing his eyes cutely like a little animal.

"Go wash your face Nunally and have breakfast. We will go to Miss Daina place after this"

"Um....." Nunally nod gently mumbling her answer while walking toward the bathroom.

The two sibling eat their breakfast peacefully. After having breakfast they went to do house chore together, even Nunally help by swiping the floor. After finishing all of that, the sibling went out of their home toward Miss Dina house. On the way there the two keep talking about interesting thing that happen yesterday and the day before. Nunally keep talking about how Aunty and Lila played with her, while klaust told her about the flea market and other thing else that may made her happy. After a while, they finally reached Miss Daina house.

They see Miss Daina is waiting in front of the door. Seeing that Nunally started running toward Miss Daina while waving her tiny hand. Seeing this Klaust paced up his walking and tell Nunally to greeted her first.

"Sis Daina!! Good Morning"

"Good morning Miss Daina"

"Yes good morning to you two. You shouldn't run Nunally or you may fall down"

"Ehehe I'm sorry Sis Daina"

Miss Daina can only smiled kindly seeing the mischievous little girl in front of her. She rubbed her head gently and look at her brother behind the little girl

"What is your plan for today Klaust?"

"Actually I need to work at the store at noon Miss Daina, but I want to do something over there first so i will just go there now Miss Daina"

"Is that so? Ok then i'll take care of Nunally, you can just pick her up after you are done with your work" Miss Daina said this while smiling kindly. Klaust seeing that cannot be help but be grateful for her. After thanking her Klaust talk to Nunally for a while telling her to be a good girl and study properly.

Klaust continued on his way to the store after saying goodbye to Miss Daina and Nunally. On his way he keep thinking about what to do with his spiritual energy, how to replenish it faster, how to train it, how to make it stronger, he also think about how to find a way to properly train his battle technique. He need to find a sparring partner that can spar willingly or maybe better some kind of teacher. He thinks about the dojo around the town but he denied this idea, because he heard that those place is for the rich while the poor one will only became a sandbag and not a spar. He also think maybe he can spar with the town guard, but this is almost an impossible thing to do because of the regulation. If he want to do that he need to join the town guard and there is no way he can do that. The last possible thing is going out and train it with wild beast outside the town, but this is a bit too dangerous for the current him. Unable to find a way he tossed the idea for training aside before thinking back to his spiritual energy.

'Right! Maybe the other information i get can helped me with this'

He think about the other information called "Deep Sleep Meditation" inside his mind. Unfortunately his spiritual eneregy is yet replenished so he can only be patient for now.

After a while he finally reach the store he work at. Seeing that the store is still locked he realized that the Boss is not inside, so he walk back to the back of the store and knocked at the house in the back. Waiting for a while, the Boss finally open the door for him. Seeing Klaust there the Boss look at him grumpily.

"Ughh why did you came now? it's still 2 hour before your shift...."

Klaust look at Uncle Donder appearance. Disheveled hair, unbutton shirt, awkward smile, and the most important thing the smell of woman perfume. Klaust smirked seeing that while being a little embarassed because it seems he disturbed tbe boss happy time.

"Ah you can continue doing your thing, just give me the store key. I have nothing to do today"

Donder seeing that hold the urge to pucnh the kid, he took a key from his trouser and give it to Klaust. He also signaled him to go away and don't disturbed him. Klaust take the key and left hurriedly to the store. Opening the store he first sweep the floor clean, wipe the desk, window, the goods and else. After he done, he sit behind the desk while checking his spiritual energy. The moment he checked it, he found that he can access the information from the wooden box, he checked the information about the meditation techniqeu to find out about the purpose of it.

Klaust unconsciously entered the state of meditation again. If any people see him entered this state easily everytime they will hail him as a genius kid, and not just an ordinary genius but a monstrous genius. Most people struggle entering the state of meditation, not only they need at least hours before entering they also need a quiet place to help calm their mind. Klaust on the otherside doesn't need to do this, from the very first time he only need a second to enter this state also the place doesn't even affect him.

Inside his mind he start reading the information provide on "Deep Sleep Meditation". According to the book this is the so-called ancient cultivation, spiritual training, through meditating, contemplates, reflected on, and guidance … which makes the heart strong and concentrated, they are able to get better control of the body's breathing, heartbeat, pulse, and other functions. When the mind trains to a deep state, people will appear in a "Deep Sleep" phenomenon. Deep Sleep is much better than an ordinary person who sleeps for seven hours. Deep Sleep's one-hour effect can make him a vigorous dragon and ferocious tiger all day long. Over time, the body will get strong and life will prolong. Not only that, Deep Sleep also stimulate the brain to have a rest at maximum efficiency so all kind of mental fatigue can recovered at faster time. This method can also further accelerate the growth of spiritual energy. Unfortunatelly this method is only a fragment of what the people on the past called Hypnotist technique, it says that you can help other people entered the state of Deep Sleep using those hipnotist technique. Klaust keep reading the content of information meticulously. After a few minutes he realized that there is no explanation to what he need to do to hypnotis himself to enter the so called "Deep Sleep" state.

Klaust skimmed to the end point of the information and somehow found something familiar, a writing that is somehow familiar. The two information always appeared like he is reading some kind of book inside his mind, the word that come out always look like it was write using a kind of machine, but this time the word look like it was handwritten and on top of that a familiar handwriting.

'Dad handwriting?'

Klaust read the familiar handwriting and confirmed it was something his dad write. When Klaust focused on the familiar handwriting, it suddenly glowed and flashed. Baffled, Klaust broke out from the meditation state he was in, before he realized what happened he suddenly hear his dad voice right beside his ear.

"Hey Kid! Finally have the resolve to grow stronger now?? Well i can't really say this though because of you finally have this kind of resolve then it means i'm not around anymore"

Hearing the familiar voice, Klaust look around happily before being dissapointed after hearing the last word. He sat down again while trying to focus to hear what his dad have to say. Klaust solemnly started hearing what his dad want to say, after almost 20 minute hearing his dad message he started getting pissed off because his dad keep rambling about how he met mom, how cute nunally is when she was born, how he resembles him a lot and a lot more daily rambling.

'This old man.....'

Before he was able to cursed at him, the tone on his dad message change to a serious one.

"Well then enough for the rambling i guess, if you really got this message then it means you want to learned that "Deep Sleep" method right kid?. Well actually it was a simple thing to use. On the information provide you should have realized tht it mention about hypnotist, they actually used what we called as spiritual energy to do that it's just they make it a bit more complicated than what it seems"

His dad explain about how to use that technique using spiritual energy, saying that he need to first scan his body thoroughly, his dad said that he need to built some kind of humanoid crystal model on his mind and the clearer the model he built the better the effect. That's why he need to scan his body first before building the model on his mind. This model will act as a proxy mind palace even better than the mind palace in term of control, if he is lucky enough to open his mind palace then along with the help of crystal model he can be 2 maybe more step ahead than others in term of spiritual energy strength and control.

"Well you got that right, Kid? Write it down because my voice is only a one time thing. Well now listen to me carefully. I want you to teach Nunally this method or you can just hypnotize her yourself, this will benefited her a lot but make sure you have a sufficient mental strength before doing this, i assume you need to be at Lvl 9 Fighter before being able to do this. Also this is a secret i need to inform you...."

Klaust listen solemnly to the secret his dad told him, his eyes looked shocked for a while before changing to the usual determined eyes of him, it's just that there is a slight change on his determination after hearing his dad message.
