I hovered my vision over the message, almost long enough to confirm the purchase.

In addition, while I had few doubts I could handle Mara, Cassandra the Hangwoman was another issue. Would ascending to this new level of potential remove the restrictions that kept her from killing me outright?

On the one hand, I could use access to an increased level of power.

On the other, I could just expand the powers, classes, and traits I already had.

I mean, I was almost halfway to gaining Titan naturally.

But… it was such a small investment out of 1002 development points.

My stomach growled.
