Anomaly

Azael was walking down the hall in a white onesie, dragging his stuffed rabbit behind him.

Bell slugged behind. "Why do you dress like that?"

"Dress like what? It's comfortable."

"Okay… but do you have to bring that stuffed animal with you?"

"Of course. Muffy is my most prized possession. He goes wherever I go!"

Azael brought Bell into a large open room. "This is the cafeteria. You can grab a tray and pick up your food over there."

As Bell walked towards the line, he saw Reina and Rodrigo getting their food. He decided not to say anything.

Suddenly, as if linked by an imaginary bond, Reina gave Bell a sharp look, catching his gaze directly.

Rodrigo noticed, and turned around to glance at Bell. "Reina, is something wrong? Why are you staring at that kid?"

Reina brushed it off. "Nothing. I just… thought that I knew him from somewhere." She walked off towards a table.

Rodrigo frowned. "Don't get any weird ideas." he said to Bell.
