Chapter 7: Intense Fight (II)

"All for One..." All Might growled. Veins could be seen on his temple, his fist balled up tightly.

"Ahaha, are you sure you want to direct your killing intent at me? I don't think it's very fitting for your image as the symbol of peace. Tell me, what would happen if people knew that their symbol of peace was fighting to kill?" All for One didn't care about All Might's rage and continued mocking him.

Hearing his words, All Might knew he was right. No matter how much he wanted to kill his master's murderer, society priorities over personal reasons. "You're right. I can't fight to kill, but it doesn't stop me from beating you until all your bones are broken, and all your muscles torn." All Might's expression returned to his serious and calm one, but if observed carefully, anger and rage could be seen in the depth of his eyes.

"Texas Smash!" He placed a great deal of power into his fist and then threw a right punch with enough force that the wind pressure sent All for One flying back. Not stopping his rampage, All Might continued punching him. Punch after punch after punch. He didn't stop for a second. He continued punching like his life depended on it.

"All Might, my dear All Might. You're never going to defeat me if all you do is punch me like this." All for One smirked as he casually defended all of the punches thrown at him. "Super regeneration, increased reaction time, increased defence."

As All Might and All for One fought with all their strength, Shido and Yoshinon were above them, observing their fight. They knew that although Shido was strong, it wasn't at the level of All Might yet. If they were to fight one on one, Shido wouldn't be able to attack him at all. He would only be able to defend passively using his mosaic ability, energy barrier and Zafkiel's clones. He wanted to learn more about All Might, about the number 1 hero and how to defeat him.

"Should we interfere now? It seems that the fight is going to end soon." Shido contemplated. He didn't want to lose All Might. He still wanted to fight him and defeat him fair and square.

Just as he said this however, All Might and All for One decided to charge up for a huge attack. "All for One! For mocking my master's death and the peace of society, I will defeat you here! 100% power: Detroit Smash!"

"All Might! Your predecessors could not defeat me, and so would you. !00% power: explosive charge, diamond spear, rocket punch, power concentration!"

Both of their fists were packed to the brim with power, and none of them dodged when their fists were aimed at each other. "All for One, taaaake thiiissss!"

Bang!

When their fists met in the middle, a loud sound resounded. Both fists met in the middle, neither of whom backing down. "Urghhhh!" All Might grunted as he clashed with the enormous strength and durability of All for One's fist. "I'm not going to give up or lose here!"

All Might placed all his remaining strength on his right arm, forcing All for One back bit by bit. Eventually after 5 seconds of struggle, All Might was winning by a small margin. "ARRGGHHH!" All Might screamed, pushing his fist forward with all his might. As All for One looked in horror, he saw his own hand, which was as hard as diamond get destroyed, and the fist that was continuing on its path reached his face.

"Bleagh!" Blood spurted from All for One's mouth, as All Might's fist reached his face, the air pressure distorting his top half of his face. However, All Might did not escape unscathed. All for One had exploded his hand right in front of All Might's body at full blast, completely destroying the top half of All Might's shirt and damaging the left side of his body badly.

"Oh my, that must be painful." Yoshinon looked at the exchange and saw All Might's injuries,"He won't be able to recover from that unless you help him you know, Shido?"

"I know, and I already planned to." Shido replied to his puppet. Both of them were sitting on the broom floating two kilometres in the air, spectating the intense fight. After the smoke cleared, a huge crater could be seen. All the buildings within the five kilometre radius were destroyed, leaving nothing but rubble around. Luckily, the place where they fought was relatively deserted, leaving enough time for the few residents who live in this area to evacuate early.

"Let's go now! I want to freeze something." Yoshinon rushed forward, pulling Shido along.

Whoosh! The broom flew down towards where All Might and All for One were.

"Should we introduce ourselves with our real names?" He asked Yoshinon.

"Hah? Why would you want to do that? Do you want people to investigate us?" Yoshinon asked incredulously.

"Well...I just though...never mind, let's introduce ourselves as 'Phantom'." Shido scratched the back of his head embarrassedly.

Mosaicing themselves, they descended in front of All for One who was currently lying on his back, the three quarters of his face totally ruined and bleeding all over his body. They turned back and looked at All Might who was no better, he fainted while kneeling, the left side of his body was damaged badly, barely leaving any skin, his mouth also leaking blood.

"Hmmm, it seems that neither of them are conscious." Shido muttered. 'Looks like we can't introduce ourselves then. No matter, let's freeze All Might's wound first, I'll heal him later.'

Shido looked at Yoshinon, who nodded and from his mouth, released a chilling blast of wind that quickly froze the left side of his body, preventing any blood loss and infection. "Let's go now, before anybody else sees us." Yoshinon suggested.

"Alright! I learnt a lot today from this fight today, hopefully I can learn from a swordmaster next. Otherwise, Sandalphon would be useless." Still in their mosaic form, they left after looking at a block of concrete. While floating into the endless sky, they did not know where their adventures would lead them. "I'll be back, All Might..."

Meanwhile, a reporter had come close up to witness the fight between the greatest hero and greatest villain ever. However, he didn't expect to see another figure as well.

"Phantom..." He breathed deeply. Phantom was a mystery to everyone. Out of nowhere, he just appeared suddenly, producing and singing beautiful and almost hypnotic music for the public. Although usage of quirks were banned in public without a hero license, Phantom still does it, and yet no one could catch him. Anyone who had tried to go after him had mysteriously disappeared, and a few weeks later without any success, everyone stopped and gave up on going after him.

Phantom was an enigma, he was a literal ghost who appeared in random places once every few days. Sometimes he would be in Tokyo, other times he would be on the opposite side of Japan. How fast does he travel, no one knows apart from the fact that he could fly and float in the sky. No one knew anything about him, and the last thing that the reporter expected was the appearance of Phantom.

He saw Phantom raise one of his arms, and an icy blast hit All Might, freezing all his wounds and stopping blood loss. He widened his eyes,"An ice quirk..." Phantom had shown too many abilities already. "What exactly is his quirk?"

The reporter wasn't a very famous one. He was a huge fan of All Might, I mean, who wouldn't be? Number 1 hero, symbol of peace, always smiling and saving the day, anyone would be a fan. Until recently, he had no other interests apart from All Might, till Phantom appeared.

He saw Phantom freeze All Might, and then suddenly turned around to look straight at him.

"!!!" He was shocked. He was sure he hid perfectly behind a block of concrete. No one should have realised or found him. He held his breath, he didn't want to die. Luckily, Phantom just looked straight into his eyes before floating away.

"Phew..." He didn't realise his back full of sweat, he was nervous. He could have died if Phantom was aggressive.

"Phantom huh...I wonder who you really are..." He muttered under his breath before moving forward to take care of his original objective: All Might and his nemesis's fight.
