"ARGHH AHHHH" a cadet shouted from behind the cadet would feel the pain that is aching across his body. Then a loud shout would follow "GET UP! FASTER!... GET UP! GET UP!" said by the Drill cadet who was shouting at the cadet as the Drill cadet was shouting at the cadet. "I CAN'T NO MORE!" another one cadet would shout from the extreme exercises that they are doing.

"IF YOU CAN NO LONGER HELP YOURSELF LEAVE THE ARENA!" said by one of the senior cadets. Artirian would keep with the given task given to him by the drill cadet as it looks like he was already into it Artirian manage to survive the first phase and has already been in good endurance and physique that he trained for his body for.

Hours passed by and the continuation still is ongoing. Some of the cadets would be crawling some would be dirtied face their uniforms would be muddy and dirty their faces are unrecognisable the only recognisable that they are cadets are from the patch number on the side of their shoulders. Artirian would spit some mud on his lips as soon as he spits on the ground they would form again.

Then the senior cadet would make them do push up 40 push-ups Artirian and the other would go slow as their muscles can't take the exercises any more. Some would give up and their body would fall on the ground. After a few minutes they are all finished in Artirians platoon 3 left and 2 were in the infirmary.

"WELL DONE SURVIVING DAY ONE OF THE 100 DAY RECEPTION CADETS!" The captain said while glaring on each of the cadets. The captain would turn to the senior cadet that was his Aide and the Captain spoke firmly.

"Make them head to the bathhouse then feed them with food and make them rest for 6 hours then wake them up and continue swordsmanship for tomorrow then continue the exercise on day 3 then I'll come back"

While the Captain spoked to the senior cadet. Artirian would look at Rhea who was extremely exhausted from all of the exercises that were given to their platoon.

Soon after the Captain spoke to the senior cadet, the senior cadet would turn around and walk towards the podium and said with a loud firm voice his eyes would survey the platoons that were facing the podium. "Right the Captain gave you cadets the permission to wash yourselves.

Next, you will march towards the mess hall and be given food. And sleep by tomorrow you will be formed in this place again. To add there will be an assignment of ranks given to this day and those are the roles of Platoon leaders. The Platoon leaders assigned in your platoon will handle the attendance of the platoon and handle your consequences if something happens.

The Platoon leader has given an assigned room separated from the whole platoon but he will be the leader so it will be expected that he will lead. And also for those cadets that are picked to be Platoon Leaders that means you have the permission to give your platoon punishment if something happens.

Then the senior cadet would shout at the appointment of Platoon leaders from the 4 formed groups that were facing the podium.

"FOR THE 1ST GROUP YOUR PLATOON LEADER WOULD BE THEO ARVUND. FOR THE 2ND GROUP YOUR PLATOON LEADER WOULD BE ARCELIA AGNEIR FOR THE 3RD PLATOON IT WILL BE THE "ACE" ARKANIAN AND FOR THE LAST PLATOON LEADER IS JASON. FOR THOSE WHO ARE CALLED MARCH FORWARD TO RECEIVE THE PLATOON LEADER PIN."

Some immediately eyed Artirian as he walked forward. He walked moderately his face would be full of dirt and almost unrecognisable. His stare would be straight ahead and not looking at the Senior cadet eyes. Some of the cadets in his platoon do not favour him because of the rank that was given to him. Nor his attitude that made him a bit of a cold person and a loner but for Rommel and Arthur deep inside of them they are celebrating with joy.

His platoon already knew him as the "Ace" because of the entrance exam that Artirian finished at top 1. The so-called "Ace" title means that he is the number 1 or the perfect one. That is why they think Artirian is boasting his top 1 rank and disregarding what they know and stepping on their noble lineage because there have been few gossips that Artirian was not a noble and rather came from a lowlife family.

But what they are thinking is the other way around. Artirian doesn't want to be a platoon leader nor assigned to be a leading role. Because it is a direct light of observation on the staff and Commanding officer, which he doesn't want to be seen or observed by them. Because of certain incidents from the pasts that he wants to hide from them. And If they found out that he is Artirian Reginald Cartelan it will surely be the end of him.

The platoon he was assigned to, was already broken in half and there have been two factions. Some of them agree to follow Artirian, some of them don't and disregard his authority. But on the face of the Senior Cadet, they must follow Artirian no matter what happens. Few of the cadets already gave him a cold stare and didn't want to recognize his authority. But Artirian can prove what he can do and what knowledge he can give to them. So he then gave them a small glimpse of kill intent.

And for a teenage noble kid that is spoiled, the feeling of a killing intent means making your whole body shake because of the fear that Artirian shows. From the viewpoint of a cadet, Artirian was a demon and a monster.

As Artirian he shows his black intimidating Aura of kill intent a holy beast silhouette behind him. The Senior Cadet let him do that because the senior cadet also felt that some cadet doesn't want to recognize him. But after Artirian released a few killing intent the senior cadet tapped his shoulder and said: "You can stop, they should follow you now Arkanian keep up the hard work".

Artirian would then snap his boot and look straight as he was given the pin of the platoon leader and then after a few minutes, the senior cadet told him to take over and proceed to the bathing house. He then commanded perfectly Artirian would say "Left Face Quick march!" Once he said that All of the cadets under him were amazed. They did not expect Artirian to say that perfectly. Artirian would quickly manage to memorize some of the commands that senior cadets do.

Artirian would then be given an order to march towards the bathhouse to clean themselves. Artirian would then command "Forward March! March!"

As they march forward in forms of groups of the platoon, The platoon leader would be outside of the form. An Artirian platoon would be the leading Platoon. Soon the march would stop in front of the bathhouse. Artirian would then give an order "Left Face!" Soon the Platoon would left face synchronously.

Then Artirian would then give an order from the file inside the platoon to "Forward March and followed by the next file" As Artirian was giving an order some of the cadets think that Artirian has some idea on being inside the Academy but they are not wrong.

Artirian was prepared to enter the Academy with proper knowledge from the book that was given to him by General Thornwind and also his battle experience. As they enter the bath some of the cadets already go straight to the wash before entering the large bath.
