Chapter 17

Danny pulls in our driveway and I'm already hopping out. I race to the house careless about the guests.

"Hey Gran!" I blurt as I race upstairs to my room. Mum won't let me come to the baby's room if I'm covered in bacteria.

I practically throw my clothes across the room, hopping in the shower. The cold water hit my skin and I sigh. It feels good, my muscles are relax and I'm enjoying the water.

I turn off the shower once I'm done and get out. I reach for my towel and dry off. I trip in my royal blue skinny jeans and a white new York Tee.

I walk out of my room and head straight to the babies room. I can hear voices downstairs, which means the guest are slowly filling in.

I stalk to the baby's room, carefully approaching. I look through the open door and I see Mum and Aunt Sheila wrapping the babies in blankets.

Maybe is not the right time to march in.

I approach the stair balcony and look down at the first floor. I see a large crowd.
