Chapter 35

" Stop right there you little shit. " Said the guy chasing me.

I ignored him and kept running. Seriously who the fuck would stop here just because someone said so.

As for why I'm running, it's because I stood from them. After all, stealing from someone who stole is not stealing.

I turned right at one point and jumped over all of my traps that I laid out.

I heard a thud as one of them fell. I stopped and let go of the stuff I stole to grab some knives while I heard screaming in the back.

I then rushed at them while they pulled the minutes out of their bodies. One even got stabbed in the eye.

All he needs now is an eyepatch and he can become a pirate.

But he can't, after all, he's already dead.

I closed in and killed all of them with the knives I had, cutting their necks or by stabbing that one guy 35 times in the chest, because why the fuck not.

Either way, they are all dead so I can go and take my stuff.

* clap * * clap *

" Nice work. "

I looked at the voice and put my guard up.

' Is he blind? ' I thought as I looked at the white-haired man wearing a blindfold.

I didn't attack him. Just because he is blind doesn't mean he can't kill me. I don't understand why people underestimate other people with disabilities like that.

That's what gets you killed.

" Thank you. At least someone appreciates my art. But seriously what the fuck do you want?" I say.

" Language. You shouldn't be speaking like that. " He said disappointingly. I couldn't really tell if he was serious or being playful.

" Great. So again, what do you want? "

" I want you to become my student. " He said.

" Your student? For what reason. "

This could be a good offer. Not only would I get training, but I could also leave this godforsaken place.

" To become a 2-star hunter. Basically, I need to find a student and teach them. They then have to pass the hunters exam which will allow me to raise in rank.

This is a good deal for you, after all, you want to leave this place right? " He asked while smiling.

I stare at him. It's not uncommon for people to want to leave this place. Why would people want to stay here?

" Is that all? "

" Yep. Besides, even if you try something against me, it won't work. You'll just be asking for early death. " He said confidently.

I just stare at him. Even now he could probably kill me. Besides I have nothing to lose.

" Okay. I'll become your student. "

He grins as he walks over to me. I back up out of instinct.

" Relax. I won't hurt you. " He said. I just stared at him.

He quickly grabbed my hand. When I pulled away from him, I fell to the floor.

My eyes widened at what I saw. The room was spotless and there were things I didn't see before.

I knew we were not in Meteor city.

" How did we? "

" We teleported. " He said grinning.

Teleported? That's possible.

" Who are you? "

" Name Satoru Gojo and I'm your sensei. "

Satoru stared at the girl who he brought back.

' She has a lot of potential. Training her will be fun, plus Alluka will be glad to have a new friend. Let's see how they get along. ' He thought as he looked at the girl who was staring at him.

" So what's your name? " Satoru asked.

The girl snapped out of her trance and looked down.

" I don't fucking have one. " She said.

" I was left there as a baby. "

" I see. Then I'll give you one. " Satoru said. She looked at me with wide eyes.

" Really? "

" Yep. How's this for a name. Laura. That's your new name. Like it? "

" Laura. Laura. Yeah, I like it. " She said.

" Hey, Dad. Who's this? "

Satoru and Laura looked at Alluka who entered the room along with Kurama who growled at Laura.

" She's my student and your new friend. " Satoru said smiling.

" Really. Yeah. Hello, my name is Alluka. " Alluka said as she walked up to Laura and talked to her.

Satoru just smiled as things would get interesting.
