Aromatic

The mother stood and began her speech when everyone was finally seated and the personal servants stood behind their respective owners.

I turned my head to a side and looked up at the extremely attractive side profile of this human female, confused as to why somehow, I felt myself being drawn to her. Wondering as to why she seems so familiar, when clearly I had met this human female not too long ago.

Why?

The mother's voice penetrated my thoughts, forcing me to focus on her speech.

"Welcome to the introduction of the third family firstborn son, Tau Pingui, and my daughter Guai Gravatrix Pingui. Thank you all for joining us in this small feast may you enjoy your meal,"

With a smile and another gesture, the mother took her seat and was served.

When she picked up her chopsticks, the other guest followed.
