Twins of the Sea

"Stupid fucking Akainu and your stupid fucking Devil Fruit I hope you fall into the ocean..." In a dark room a teenager was sitting on a bed watching the battle at Marineford on his computer mumbling about something. "If i was there I would've killed him for sure..."

This young man was Zeus, he loved One Piece and watched it almost every day. He had seen all the episodes that were out and had re watched the series more times than he could count. He had several girlfriends before but he would always lose the relationship because of his habit of brushing them off to go watch more One Piece.

'Hmm seems like i'm out of ramen cups i'd better go buy some before the new episode airs tonight..'

Just so happens that tonight the new episode of One Piece was coming out and in this episode was the start of the final battle against Kaido in Wano. Naturally, Zeus was going to watch the second it became available on his laptop and it became a ritual to eat and watch at the same time. Zeus got out of his bed but on a hoodie and his shoes and walked out the door.

'I wonder how strong Kaido's crew are, they never showed King and Queens strength...' Lost in his own thoughts Zeus crossed the street not noticing a truck barreling down the road until it was too late.

BOOM!!!

'Fuck me are you serious' Was the last thought Zeus had before everything faded to black.

East Blue, Foosha Village

A woman was holding two babies, one in each arm as one of the babies was curiously looking at her. The woman had beautiful pure white hair and pitch black eyes that perfectly blended with her impeccable face. She looked at one of the babies and said " You're name is gonna be Luffy." The baby, who had black hair and black eyes just started giggling as he looked at the woman. The woman chuckled and turned her attention to the other baby who was looking at Luffy and the woman with wide eyes and it's mouth open in an 'O' shape, and said "And you're name is gonna be Zeus." The baby, however, didn't react at all as if it hadn't heard her. The woman stared at Zeus, smiled and poked his nose with her finger which seemed to have brought the baby out of his dreams as the baby smiled and chuckled as well. The woman nodded while smiling and said to the two babies "Luffy, Zeus Mommy's sorry but this will be the last time you see me..." she trailed off and looked out the window with a sad smile full of grief then said while chocking up " Mommy's sorry she can't watch you grow up but I hope you can be happy and make lots of friends." as she hugged the two babies while tears streamed down her cheeks on to the two babies faces, which resulted in both babies crying as well.

The woman looked at the door and said "Dragon!" seconds later a man walked in, he had black hair and black eyes with a red criss-cross tattoo over his left eye from his forehead to his cheek. She handed him the babies, looked him in the eye and said "Dragon take care of our children, if you don't i'll haunt you from the grave!" The man went rigid and looked the woman in the eye and said

"I will."

East Blue, Foosha village, 7 years later

In the forest a kid with black hair and a scar under his left eye was lying down on the grass snoring.

"LUFFY! LOOK WHAT I FOUND!!"

Another boy ran to the sleeping kid with a strange fruit in his hands. This boy had white hair and a scar under his right eye, mirroring the sleeping child who had now woken up.

"What is it Zeus?" Luffy asked as he looked curiously at the fruit "AH? Another Gomu-Gomu no mi?" Zeus looked at Luffy with black lines on his forehead and punched him right on top of his head, causing a bump to appear.

"OUCH! ZEUS WHAT WAS THAT FOR!" Luffy yelled as he held his hands over the bump.

"How could there be two of the same Devil Fruit idiot!" Zeus looked at him as if he was looking at an idiot and continued " I don't know what kind of fruit it is but i'm gonna eat it! Then we can be the same and sail away like shanks!"

Luffy, after hearing this immediately became excited and started laughing "Eat it Zeus maybe you can be a rubberman like me too!" Zeus again looked at Luffy and shook his head deciding to forget trying to reason with this brother of his and looked at the fruit. "I hope it doesn't take like shit..." he mumbled before taking a big bite out of the fruit and chewing. "OH MY GOD IT DOES TASTE LIKE SHIT HOW DID YOU EAT THIS BEFORE LUFFY!" Zeus said as he threw the fruit on the ground and swallowed before falling on the ground himself coughing like a madman.

Luffy looked at him and started laughing while holding his stomach and rolling around on the ground with tears in his eyes. Zeus coughed and awkwardly stood up before kicking Luffy, who was still on the ground before looking at himself. "Eh? I don't feel any different." Zeus said as he went over to Luffy who had gotten up from the ground and was looking at Zeus carefully.

"Can you stretch your arms like me?" Luffy said as he threw a punch with his arm extending away before returning back. "Let me try" Zeus said as he tried to do the same, but nothing happened he got upset and started yelling "I didnt get anything?! What the fu-" All of a sudden Lighting started shooting out of his body destroying everything around him except Luffy strangely enough. Zeus looked around after the lightning stopped and looked at his hands and watched as they turned into lightning and started laughing hysterically. "HAHAHAH LUFFY WE'RE GONNA BE THE STRONGEST PIRATES!" Luffy looked at his brother with a confused expression before asking "Obviously but what are you laughing for?" Zeus stopped laughing and looked at Luffy before saying "Luffy i got the Goro Goro no mi! I'm a lightningman now! were the same again!" then he started laughing happily.

Luffy started grinning before laughing as well "Yea Zeus we're gonna be the best pirates together!" as he went up to high five his brother as they both grinned. Who knew the Future King of the Pirates crew started in this forest with a rubberman and a lightningman, who, strangely enough were exact replicas of each other because they were twins!
