I haven't moved from the spot on the couch where Lorenzo placed me, we just got back from the hospital. I Still had the same smell of disinfectant and chemicals on my clothes. Everything felt off from the second, I woke up, Lorenzo barely spoke sentences to me. I know he knew about the baby; the doctor made sure of that. We had an ultrasound before I was released. Lorenzo didn't once look at the scan. He didn't move from the spot next to the window

I wanted to know what was going through his head. Was he angry at me? Did he want the baby? Was I going to do this myself? I wanted to go into his study where he was currently in with Alessio. Unfortunately, I have orders to stay on bed rest for a few days. The wheelchair we used to get home was placed in the hallway where Lorenzo lacked it. I could hear their deep voices coming fro the study, they weren't speaking English or Italian. Russia. Alessio sounded more aggressive than usual.
