She Should Not Let Her Mind Wander

Before leaving the cafe, Qin Zhan and Gu Xin Ye argued about who should be paying the bills.

Gu Xin Ye considered their outing was for research purposes to help Qin Zhan come up with a good menu set for their cafe and restaurant. Because of that, she felt that it would make sense for her to claim the bill from the company.

Meanwhile, Qin Zhan was taking this outing as their date. In his opinion, it would make more sense for him to pay the bills as he was the one who asked Ye Qing Xin out.

After arguing for a while, Qin Zhan took out his card and flashed it to the staff. 

His card was scanned and the transaction was completed.

Qin Zhan looked at Gu Xin Ye again and smiled. "Let me pay this one. You can pay for the next one."

Gu Xin Ye stared back at him in puzzlement. "Next one?"
