One Ending Confirmed

"We're friends!" I immediately jumped at the chance. I realized I was being way too eager when the lady gave me a look. "Ahem, yeah. We're friends. I've been worried about him since I heard about his injuries." I tried playing off my over eagerness.

"I see." She responded, clearly unimpressed. "So, two of you are visiting?" She asked as she grabbed a slip of paper.

"Yes." Akira and I answered simultaneously.

"Write your names here and here." She handed us a list for check in and two name tags with "visitor" written on them. We both filled in our names on both items, and handed back the list. "He's in room 415. There's someone else ahead of you two, but you knew that already, right?"

"Huh?" I unconsciously let out, feeling like we got caught.

"Because you go to the same school. Also, you three planned this, right?" She squinted her eyes at me, judging me. "Unwanted visitors cause trouble to the hospital and patients."
