"Who is coming?"
"The space gods are coming."
Zeus's head snaps up as he looks up past the clouds out into the star-sprinkled darkness- "No, they think they can come here, to my territory without my permission, Athena call Odin, Vishnu, and the other GodHeads, quickly convene a council here, and bring me all the reserves of ambrosia."
"Odin is already preparing, I'll contact the others now, do you have any orders for us, do you want me to rally Olympus?"
Zeus snorts,- "No, we'll be enough, the rest of you would just get in the way." What could they possibly contribute on something of this scale, nothing that would be meaningful that's for certain.
"What about Hades?" Athena asks hesitantly knowing how strained their relationship has gotten over the many long years.
There was a long pause before he answered,- "I doubt he'll show, he'll likely laugh from the safety of his domain and pray for my failure, don't bother."
"As you command my king."
Once Poseidon's done, Zeus fills him in on what's happening, again arguing about whether or not to invite Hades which he denies once more.
Clearing a space in the ruins of Athens for everyone to meet.
Odin was the first to arrive in all his golden armor glory, spear, and golden eyepatch to match, and gift bags set aside for now.
Zeus went over with a grin, happy to see one of only two men he respected, the only mortal he respected and who has earned his place among the gods through sheer force of will and power, giving him a welcoming forearm handshake,- "Good to see you again Odin, it's been too long."
Odin grunted,- "I could visit more often if you'd like," he said, finishing with a sly grin, knowing that was the last thing Zeus would want after kicking the Asgardians out.
"And let you ruin my fun, I think not, besides I believe you have your hands full with your own kingdom," chuckled Zeus.
"That I have," Odin said joining in on the chuckle.
Athena then appeared with many finely crafted ornate boxes, placing them on a recently created table, next to Odin's gift bags, before being shooed away by Zeus as the rest began arriving.
Next, Zeus greeted Vishnu the Hindu God, the only other man Zeus respected, and allowed to sit with him and Odin as head of the council of Godheads- "Vishnu, glad you could make it, Shiva, Brahma," he said giving nods to the other two.
"I wouldn't miss this for the world brother," said Vishnu.
The rest finally arrived gathering around a round table, each a Godhead of their created pantheon. Ammon Ra, Anu, Baiame, Brahma, The Dagda, Itzamna, Izanagi, Manitou, Nyambe, Osiris, Shiva, Svarog, Tame, Tezcatlipoca, Ukko, Viracocha, and Yu-Huang, to name a few.
Zeus began,- "We all know why we're here, those far too arrogant, and oppressive space gods are on their way here for whatever reason and are a genuine threat to all of us, and I hate to say it but it will take all of us to combat them and protect what is ours."
Each of the gods nodded their heads, knowing a little bit about what's coming.
Zeus,- "Good so we're all in agreement, I also see that many of you brought gifts as have I, we'll share what we can now and prepare what we must, get ready for battle!"
They passed out their goods, Zeus sharing his Ambrosia after taking a good portion for himself. Odin shares golden apples while others share what they have, blessings, and the like as they all increased their powers to heights never before seen.
"Oh yes! this is something else, they won't even know what hit them," Zeus laughed as his power overflowed, catching his fist in his hand, eager for the coming storm, many mimicking his sentiment.
Odin frowned,- "Don't get cocky, this won't be easy even now."
"Relax old friend, don't worry so much, I'll show you things you never got to see back in the day, and I hope I'm not the only one who held back," Zeus grinned, summoning his golden thunderbolt weapon to his hand.
Odin smirked,- "I'm not that old yet, I can still show you a thing or two."
"Glad to hear it," Zeus said reflecting his smirk.
"Never fear for Vishnu is here, nothing will get by me!" Vishnu said, joining in on the fun
Poseidon not to be forgotten, chimed in,- "That's what I'm talking about, now look alive folks, for here they come!"
The atmosphere turns deadly serious as Poseidon lets slip, "Would you look at that, the titans have nothing on them."
"Not for long," Zeus grunted. Ironically enough right at the time their size began to shrink as they approached Earth, though maintaining a respectable 2000 feet tall, still dwarfing everyone and everything with ease.
Thus descended the Celestials. The very planet itself shook, their feet breaking through the clouds, dispersing them. Nine of them landed surprisingly softly on the ground, the earth settling to their touch.
Each of them had an unimaginable presence, a formidable aura that caused each of the gods to grip their weapons a little tighter.

Thena was the first to notice what was happening, and she wasn't taking it well as she started pacing and freaking out a little, muttering denials,- "Oh no, Oh no, Oh no, this can't be happening, they won't punish us, will they? We didn't do anything wrong, it's been so long, no how can they do this to us, why is it our fault?"
Growing a bit dizzy watching her, Theoric grabs her,- "Thena! Can't you hear me? Tell me what's going on? What has you so riled up?"
"They're coming."
"Who is coming?"
She points and Theoric eyes go wide,- "Well shit, we're doomed."
