WRITERS POV
"She's sooo hot!"Jake exclaimed eyeing her taking a sip of his whiskey. He elbowed his friend who was downing his drink beckoning him to take a look at her. "Dude take a look."His friend looked at her uninterestedly and hummed.
"What is up with you?Are you gay?"Jake joked earning a glare from his friend David.
David Carter, the owner of Carter Corporation. The only 27 year old son of a multimillionaire.Business brains inherited from his father and good looks from his mother. The perfect blend that made the girls swoon.A true believer of love and wishes to find a partner who would love him for him.
"I am bored. Are you coming?"David got up fixing his suit giving a look to his best friend.
"What? Are you serious?"Jake looked at him shocked not believing what he said but again he knew his friend better than anyone. He finished his drink and followed his friend outside.
"Are you ever going to get married or are you going to die single?"He asked as he got inside his car.
Jake Smith, a 27 year old actor.Best friend of David since school. The only friend David can trust with his life.Handsome and a playboy which is hated by David.
"I do wanna get married but."He sighed stopping abruptly. "You know the reason.Girls just want me for fame.I don't want that.I know I might be sounding like a hopeless romantic or something but it is just a fact."
"Don't worry. We'll find someone or you can look after my children when I get married while I have fun."Jake winked earning a slap on the back of his head from David making him laugh.
"Get out of my car you idiot."David stopped the car in front of Jake's house looking at his friend.
"Yeah yeah.Kick me out of your car then once you get married out of your life."He dramatically started receiving a bored look from his friend.
"Are you done?"David asked rolling his eyes.Jake chuckled and blew a kiss to David making him laugh. "Byee."He drove away once Jake got out.
David was not a usual multimillionaire. He had humanity,he respected people,he wasn't a playboy,he treated people with love.It was very surprising for people and hence he was loved by all. He reached home sorry his mansion. It was late in the night but he knew for a fact that his mum would be awake or rather trying to be awake waiting for him and he was right he could faintly make out a person sleeping on the couch in the living room.
He sat by her and kissed her forehead. She squirmed a little and got up. "Haven't I told you a thousand times to not wait for me,hmm?"He asked her.
"Yes you have and haven't I told you a thousand times that I will still wait for you, hmm?"She mimicked him slowing a smile creeping on her face.He chuckled looking at his mother's antics.
"Do you plan on sleeping?"He asked her and she nodded. "Go sleep and please don't stay up for me."He practically begged joining his hands.
"I won't once you get married."She winked and he shook his head.
"You know thats not happening anytime soon."He said. "And off you go.I am not having a conversation about my marriage at 1 at night."He said leaving no scope for further discussion.
"Okay.Good night sweetie."His mother kissed his cheek and left to her room.
