Chapter 378: Concoct The Medicine

Lei Meifen knocked on Bai Xifeng's door in the morning. Her father told her to call Bai Xifeng for breakfast. She did not hear any response from inside. Like there was no someone inside. 

Bai Xifeng asked them to take all of the servants that had been placed beside her because she quoted that she did not uncomfortable with someone around. So, the servants were ordered to leave. 

"I am going in." Lei Meifen said.

"Young Miss, is it okay to do that?" Her maid, Caihui, tried to stop her.

"But we don't hear anything at all. What if he is unconscious inside?" Lei Meifen tried to argue.

"Hmm... Let's call a male servant." Caihui suggested.

"That is going too late. Let's just go inside." Lei Meifen said.

With that, she barged into the courtyard. It was too silent. Like nothing here. She went to knock on the door where Bai Xifeng was sleeping. She knocked several times. She only stopped until she heard some noises coming from inside.
