Infiltrating Xiapi

It took four days for Lu Bu's army to assemble as they moved out on the fifth day north to reclaim Xiapi and expel Zang Ba and Xiahou Dun out of there.

Yun was riding beside Hua who was holding his spear while glancing at his older brother when he hears, "I am alright, Death taking some of my Life Essence wasn't much for a man that will die on a battlefield sooner or later."

"Still, I am worried," says Hua back to his brother.

"Well, I won't hold back any longer and show the world which monster Zhang Fei has released by killing my son," says Yun coldly as Hua looked at him with concern in his eyes.

"What are you going to do with Yang? Are you going to turn him into a soldier?" asks Hua with concern in his voice since it surrounded the future of his nephew.

"No, Yang will be a Warrior not a Soldier like Zheng or Fang. I will do the same with my grandson once he is old enough. But Yang will be taking another path than I and you. He will establish the Zhao Clan in the Murim," says Yun making Hua almost fall from his horse as Yun seemed to have an even bigger ambition in his eyes now.

"You aren't serious right?" asks Hua now worried as Yun only looked straightforward seriously.

"That was always the plan for Yang in my eyes since he was born with the affinity for Fire and Darkness just like his mother. He also can summon a black flame which burns more intense than Zheng's fire," says Yun seriously as he had it already planned for Yang to join the ranks of the Martial Artists instead of becoming a Soldier.

"I want my descendants to have more paths open to them. If you want to know my plan for Zheng was for him to be a merchant and not a Soldier but he forced his path as a soldier. But that is only one slight miscalculation of what I had planned for our family," says Yun revealing to Hua that he wanted to spread the Zhao Family into more branches with the Military being the strong roots of it.

"You really have your eyes in the future," says Hua sighing at the end.

"I have to since Qing has to hold the Wei Family together and my little brother is playing around with his wife trying to give me more nephews and nieces. So I have to worry about our future as the oldest," says Yun seriously but Hua could feel warmth coming from those words.

"So you want me and Taiyin to have more children," says Hua hinting at it.

"I won't hinder you both if you give me one or two nieces or nephews," says Yun as they continued riding further north.

It took them two weeks to finally reach the outskirts of Xiapi when Lu Bu called Yun and Hua to his side to talk about the tactic they will be using to take Xiapi from Cao Cao's control.

Yun and Hua arrived at Lu Bu's tent finding Zhang Liao, Gao Shun, Chen Gong, Xu Shu, and Guang Jia inside it with Lu Bu looking at a familiar map.

"My Lord," say Guang Jia and Xu Shu bowing to Yun while the other three only gave him a slight bow before returning to the map.

"So what is your strategy?" asks Yun looking at the map before looking at Lu Bu.

"We will be going around Xiapi to surround it cutting Zang Ba off making it so that he can't escape to the north," says Lu Bu putting four figurines on the map.

"I and Chen Gong will be taking the North Gate, Zhang Liao and Guang Jia will be at the East Gate, Gao Shun and Xu Shu will be attacking the West Gate and you two will be taking the South Gate," says Lu Bu giving the orders as Yun looks at the map.

"Alright," says Yun agreeing with Lu Bu's strategy of attacking all four gates since they have the men to do so.

He leaves with Hua as they needed to prepare for the battle as they were already in position when Hua hears, "You will be leading the soldiers while I will be going to infiltrate the city using the secret exit that Sima Yi build for our family should we ever need to leave the secret in danger."

"Wait there is a secret passage into Xiapi since when?" asks Hua since this was new to him.

"I tasked Sima Yi to build a secret passage for our family should the need ever arise for us to escape Xiapi in an attack," says Yun as he looks at the city which is in the distance.

"It almost looks like when we left it from the outside," says Yun before looking back to Hua.

"I will open the gate from the inside for you and the soldiers then you will go for the east gate to help Zhang Liao and Guang Jia," says Yun giving Hua some orders beforehand so they don't get distracted while fighting forgetting their objectives.

"What about Zang Ba?" asks Hua confused thinking that he would use that opportunity to escape through the south gate when they go for the east gate.

"Don't worry about him since I need to get through him to get to you," says Yun coldly as he looked back at the city while saying, "He will die a cruel death by my hand for helping Cao Cao taking my city."

"Still we will be defenseless once we have Xiapi again. They could just flood us again to take the city as we did with Lu Bu in the past," says Hua as Yun only smirks at him.

"That is something I am hoping they will do since I will have countermeasures for that strategy in my head that I haven't implemented yet because I knew that I would lose Xiapi but now we will have a firm grip of the city which Pang Tong and Sima Yi will use to finally implement the defensive mechanics to the city as they always wished to do in the past," says Yun informing Hua that he never reinforced Xiapi because he didn't want a fortress to fall into Cao Cao's hands.

"But now it will be different," says Yun as he rides off before everyone else.

He waits until the army surrounded Xiapi when he slips away from the army positioned in the south as the moon was shining upon him.

"It is time," says Yun to himself as he begins to move alone leaving Thunder behind not wanting to drag anyone's attention while he walked toward the city to be precise to the southeastern corner of the city wall before touching a specific stone on the wall.

The entrance showed itself and Yun entered it before closing it behind himself. The corridor was engulfed in Darkness which didn't hinder Yun who opened his Third-Eye to see the path before him.

He follows the path which went down at first before taking a turn to the left. Yun was holding his greatsword while walking down the secret passage when it goes upward now.

He reaches a wall and stopped right before it and sat down to meditated waiting for the army to attack to take everyone by surprise inside the manor.

He waited and waited until he could feel the atmosphere change inside the manor with people running up and down wildly which told him that the attack on Xiapi had began.

Yun stood up and touches on the right side of the wall a mechanism which opened the exit making him appear inside of his former study room.

He enters it and found it completely destroyed as they seemed to have gone through his things trying to find his wealth or important documents to where his wealth was hidden not knowing that Yun kept most of his things inside his ring.

But that didn't mean that Yun wasn't angry with what Zang Ba and his men did to his study room. It was his sanctuary in which he could retreat to think about the future and find peace.

'Now, where would Zang Ba be at this moment,' thinks Yun furiously while resting his sword on his left shoulder.

Yun left the study room and a servant ran into him falling backward to the ground when Yun looked at him with cold eyes which made him freeze in place.

"Where is Zang Ba at the moment?" asks Yun coldly intimidating the servant who defiled himself by passing in his pants and the floor.

'Now, I will have to change the floor once Xiapi is in my hands again,' thinks Yun as he sighs in his mind just thinking about the cost he will have pay to renovate the whole manor and exchanging everything inside the manor because of Zang Ba.

The servant pointed into the direction of his former bedroom and Yun only sighs before saying, "Leave before I change my mind."

Yun passes the servant and walks toward his former bedroom before standing infront of a closed door when he kicks the door down revealing a Zang Ba who was gathering his belongings while an unconscious naked woman was laying on Yun's former bed.

This made his blood boil even more since that was the bed he shared with his wife when he hears an angry voice, "Who dares to disturb me!"

Zang Ba turned around only to see Yun with his greatsword resting on his shoulder with an dark expression on his face which made chills run down his spine when he sees Yun's free hand approach him.

"It is time for you to pay for your sins," says Yun coldly as he grabbed Zang Ba by his throat lifting him up letting him dangle in the air trying to breath as Yun slowly cut his air by clutching his throat tighter until he let go of him at the last moment.

Zang Ba didn't know what was going on when he suddenly looked at Yun seeing a cruel smirk on his face when he hears, "I won't kill you this fast. It would be a merciful death to die like that. You will suffer before you die and I will send your head to Cao Cao to remind him who is really in control of the Xu Province."
