The Flying Dragon Kung Fu

For the next couple of days Lu Liang immerse himself in body strengthening exercises and sharpening his skills in the use of different weaponry as he practice the Liang clan Kung Fu "The Flying Dragon" which are famous for its speed and power.

The Kung Fu itself have three layers starting from "silence of the lake that concentrate with inner peace, calmness, and self-reflection, to wings of the dragon concentrate in speed, destruction of worlds concentrate in pure power." And it was said that once the Liang clan martial artist reach the peak mastery of these techniques then nothing can startle the martial artist soul. Every attack can leave after images and so strong that it can instantly kill any opponent with a direct hit. Unfortunately, beside Lu Liang father Gao Liang no one else can reach that stage.

As for Lu Liang, he is still studying the profound meaning of the first layer while practicing peacefully in his courtyard on a hot day with tranquility on his face. Out of all the weapon that he is proficient in, the spear was his most favorite choice of weapon to use for combat because of its long reach, explosive power, and swiftness.

Spear in hand Lu Liang body is moving nimbly without a sound and every thrust of the spear come absolute silence. Block off all distraction to achieve inner peace through the quietness of the surrounding was the first step. That is why Lu Liang chose to practice in his personal courtyard because in the other areas where many people could be seen doing a variety of things which cause to much noises. It is impossible to practice the first layer of silence of the lake.

However, the more Lu Liang practice the first layer. The more he felt like there was something missing and if he can figure it out what it is then the chances of him successfully practicing silence of the lake will be higher.

One hour later….

Lu Liang who is exhausted from practicing all day stab his spear into the ground. Immediately got down in a lotus position and start his breathing exercises. The reason he do this is precisely because of the second step "calmness." In order for a martial artist to reach the calmness state, not only does he need to control his emotion through control breathing but he also need to defeat his inner demon originated from the heart. Otherwise he will lose control and that can be very dangerous during combat between two martial artists.

While Lu Liang was preoccupied with his training, he subconsciously fell into the self reflection stage of silence of the lake which are the most mysterious of the three steps in mastering the first layer of this skill.

With his eyes closed Lu Liang furrowed his brows 'So warm, where am i?'

Using his senses to feel the surrounding Lu Liang start to deduce what the mysterious sensation is and it shocked him greatly.

'I'm in my mother womb!? but it seem like i'm a spirit'

When he thought that it was just a dream, sounds of people could be heard on the outside "Push lady Xao Liang, breath and push. you can do it."

'And it seem like i'm being born...' Lu Liang open his eyes and instantly calm himself with thought of the silence of the lake three step immediately came to his mind.

'First step is inner peace, second is calmness, i can't really be in the third step of self reflection right?' while he was deep in thought, the sound of himself crying leak out.

"wahhhh wahhhh"

"Congratulation my lady! it's a healthy baby boy!" the maids and servant that personal serve lady Xao Liang were all smiles.

'So this is the start of my life'

The more Lu Liang watch the smiles of the maids and servant along with his mother satisfaction smile. He start to understand the meaning of life, his mother give birth to him, the people around him love and care for him.

Then footsteps could be heard coming in from the outside and a man came in front of Lu Liang.

'Father' Lu Liang immediately recognize the powerful looking man.

But what he heard from his mother and father next cause him who is full of life at the sight of his birth and felt full of love from everyone in the room fell into a guilt stricken moment instantly.

"Xoa Liang, I have something to tell you"

"What is it husband?"

"Our son was born under the son of heaven star wife...."

"Husband we must keep this a secret for as long as we can, kill all the servants that know of this who doesn't have deep ties with the clan and plan for the future well."

'So it true that all those people die because of me back then. I didn't believe it when i heard the servants sharing stories before but what is it mean that i am the son of heaven and why those people have to die because of me?'

Then Lu Liang who is in spirit form feel his vision flashed and he found himself in the execution ground. He saw the sight of the mother son last moment along with all the faces full of fear as they were brutally killed.

The aura of death creep up to him with spirit of the dead yelling.

"Give me back my life!"

"You murderer!"

"I die tragically because of you!"

Lu Liang can feel all their pain and sorrow which made him struggle to keep calm as his body shakes uncontrollably.
