Bloodlines and Concerns?

The MC will race will be unknown until i find a good name for it but he will look like Sinbad in his youth(Anime).

As for bloodlines he will have all their powers, but most will be diluted(alucard just the powers no Vampiric traits) and they will be locked.(Choose 5 Bloodlines to which will be unlocked)

I listen to the people(unlike some politicians) along with choosing which teacher from fate series l choose fate series do you want to appear.

Our Mc won't start off overpowered but he will train to get there and the reason he won't master UI it won't be any fun if he can summon it anytime he wants. No saiyan transformations the only thing he will get from his saiyan blood is zenkais and better senses.
