As Romethra consumed the black pill, an ominous transformation began to take hold. Dark energy surged through his veins, intertwining with his barbarian essence and corrupting it. The raw power within him stirred, twisting and distorting his physical form into something otherworldly.

His muscles expanded, swelling with unholy strength. His skin turned ashen, taking on a sickly pallor that spoke of the taint spreading within him.
