Chapter 12:Perfect Score

Angie's pe class went on as normal with them being tested for the mile. After pe Angie had lunch as usual with her friends.Kia had told there group of friends how she went over to Angie place and she met Angie whole family and that they are very friendly. Kia even mentions how Angie's mom told her that is always welcome to come over.After Kia tells the group that Angie tells there friends when ever they would like to come over I am sure that her family will welcome them to there home just like they did with Kia.

The lunch bell rings signaling that lunch was over and that it would be time for fifth period history class.Angie then walks to her history class along with her friends.As soon as they got into the class room, Mr. Chacon had already started to write there question of the day.As usually Angie begins working on the question that is on the board before the bell even rang.After 10 minutes of working on the assignment, Angie finished and waits a bit till Mr. Chacon had decided to ask the class to take out there assignments and switch with the person next to them.After switching with eachother, Mr. Chacon decides to inform everyone that each of them will be grading the assignments of the person they switch with.

Once everything was set Mr. Chacon begins to announce each questions answer. After 10 minutes of giving answers for every question of the assignment, the class finally finishes grading and everyone hands back there assignements to there rightful owner.After getting her assignment back Angie waits for Mr. Chacon next step since she already knew her score.Mr. Chacon then collects every students assignment and goes through them to put the grades onto the grade book.As Mr. Chacon puts in the grades into the grade book the class continues to work on there workbook assignment pages that was written on the board as the assignment for the day.Mr. Chacon then lands on Alec assignment and was amazed that not only did his trouble making student actually submit an assignment but Alec had also gotten a perfect score on the assignment. Mr. Chacon then calls Alec up to his desk where he was logging in grades on his grade book.

Alec goes up to Mr. Chacon desk and asked what his history teacher needed from him.Mr. Chacon gives Alec a smile and tells him that he was glad that he had submitted an assignment and not only that he got a perfec score.Alec then ask Mr. Chacon if there is anything else he wanted to say and if not if it is possible for him to go back to his seat.Before sending Alec back ot his seat Mr. Chacon gives his student an advise.

Mr. Chacon: See Alec if you actually try you get good outcome.

Alec: I guess so.

Mr. Chacon: If you continue to actually do you work and actually submit them your grades can go up.Not so hard right.

Alec: Just because I turned in and actually did an assignment today it doesn't mean that I will be doing them in the future.This assignment seemed easy so I did it.Dont get ahead of yourself teach.( Alec then walks away from his teacher's desk and back to his desk where he puts his head down and takes his usual nap.

Mr. Chacon did not bother with Alec anymore for the rest of the period.Once the bell rang Mr. Chacon informs the class that the workbook pages that were not finished during class would be homework for the evening.Angie packs her things and heads out where she waits for her friends to come out and walk with them till they separate in the halls to go to there last period.Angie makes it to her last period where she see Kia saving a seat for her.Angie and Kia then begins to read the book that was in every students desk.It was a book that the whole class will be working for the the next two months before they go on winter break.Class goes on for the 45 minutes and the bell finally rings signalling the end of the day.
