Reincarnation?

A lone soul wandered the void, floating through the emptiness, as if searching for something it had lost. With each movement, specks of the soul scattered into the darkness, slowly, the soul begins to slow, and with it, the memories of what it was searching for fade.

???: 'Where am I? I feel peaceful. Though I feel like i'm forgetting something. Who am I again? This feels like one of those reincarnation scenes in web novels. Wait, why do I know that and not my name?'

The soul began to wander again, a little more frantic this time, until the darkness once again washed over it, calming it.

???: "Calm yourself young soul. No need to search, I am here. I am the void, the great being the guides the laws of the multiverse, creator of reality. Calm yourself and we may converse."

Soul: 'Holy shit! I felt that voice smash through my whole being. Okay then, this is God huh. Why do I feel so calm? Is it because of my web novel knowledge? I feel like something really good or really bad will happen. Lord God, why am I here? Who am I?'

God: "Your previous name no longer matters. As for who you are and why you're here. You were an ordinary man, a university student, a part time bartender and an otaku. You didn't have any family, barely any friends, and spent most of your free time reading or watching anime. Your dream was to live an ordinary life, with a happy family of your own. You are here, because I killed you. It was my fault, an accident on my part, where a few hundred souls were shattered, I only managed to salvage your soul. Laws of reality mean I need to make up for this mistake. The karma of those shattered souls was added to yours, and I owe you great karma for my error. As such, I'm allowing you to reincarnate with most of your memories and a few bonuses. I'll let you keep your memories, but I'll remove your name to allow you to react without confusion to your new one."

After the voice finished a bright ray of light shone upon the soul, and the memories that were originally jumbled were rearranged.

Soul: 'So this is the legendary reincarnation with cheats event. Which world will I be going to?'

God: "You're taking this well, why might I ask?"

Soul: 'As you've already said Lord God. I had nothing on Earth, this is a fresh start, a chance for a family.'

God: "So that's it. I have already searched your memories and decided to send you to the world of Naruto. Fictional worlds are real, the books and shows made based on them in your world is knowledge that slipped through the void. There will be minor changes to geography and scale, but everything shall be the same as what was displayed in the anime and manga, with a few plot hole fixes. I shall allow you to choose when and where to be born. Then I'll randomise whether you'll be in a clan or not and if so, which clan your parents were born from. Then I'll let you pick a total of 6 abilities. No overpowered abilities allowed. I'll decide if your karma is large enough for them. I'll also gift you a system from your memories as an apology. It will be basic, with a stat, quest and store function."

The soul felt a tinge of happiness wash over his soul at the mention of Naruto. He already has some abilities mapped out from his memories. He also knew when he would like to be born, he'd thought over this scenario a lot on his own.

Soul: 'I'd like to be born 10 years before Naruto is born. The same age as Iruka and Yamato. I'd also like to be born in Konoha.'

God: "Very well. I randomised the clan you shall enter aswell as family. You shall be born in the Nara Clan. Your father will be a Nara. While your mother will be a member of the Hozuki Clan. Don't worry about the details yet, i'll sort it out."

Soul: 'Nara and Hozuki huh. Both brilliant, being a Nara can hide my early intelligence and they're not as stiff as most clans. The Hozuki clan is also an awesome clan. I don't know how god will make this happen though, they're from rival villages. Though if I can somehow get the Hydrification Technique, life would be easier. Let's see, for abilities..' God and the Soul discussed back and forth before finally discovering 6 abilities that are affordable and useful. They are;

-Fuuinjutsu Talent- Understands Fuuinjutsu easily.

-Expanding Chakra Reserves- The more chakra is used the larger reserve grows.

-Innate Talent at Chakra Control- Easier to control over chakra

-Adaptable Body- Body become tougher, stronger and faster the more used. Natural healing speed increases the more times hurt. Senses enhance the more used. Chakra pathways grow larger the more used. Adapts to any conditions.

-Innate Talent in Body Arts- Anything done with the body is learned faster. Taijutsu, Kenjutsu, Swimming, Running etc.

-Memorisation enhancement- Greater memorising abilities with a weak eidetic memory.

God: "We are done. I'll merge your soul to the system and I'll send you off. Enjoy your new life, and I hope we never have to meet again."

Before the soul could reply, darkness washed over it.
