Gao Ran's voice woke up Huo Mian, who had been a light sleeper after she got pregnant.

She turned and placed her head on Qin Chu's arm to listen to their conversation.

Qin Chu turned the volume up.

"Who killed her?"

"Some gangsters. Bao from Fuhu Hall. Do you know him?"

"No." Qin Chu didn't pay attention to the small gangsters.

After years of crackdown from the government, most of the gangsters had moved to do business.
