Unless he somehow gets acquainted with Grey Knight Thawn or curries favour with Eldrad or somehow gets a hold of Cabal technology, I highly doubt that comes to pass.

they don't "switch". They are just naturally immune to the warp's influence while still being incredibly powerful psykers by virtue of their bloodline as descendants of the emperor of mankind. This simply means that they can spam any warp spell or ability without worrying about it trying to whisper madness into their minds. Thats it. Blanks are another thing entirely. These are people (maybe mutants even) that do not possess any connection to the Warp. Their very existence presents as a sort of field of emptiness that makes warp influence almost impossible, depending on how powerful a blank they are.
