When he receives the order of merlin please dont make it 2nd or 3rd due to nonsense reasons like age or what not, make it 1st class. Also a suggestion, since the rat lived with the weasley family for 12 or so years, make it so that theyre furthur disgraced for not recognising a death eater, make it so that arthur gets a demotion, fired or something, this will be revenge for the campaign he lead in the 2nd year against the dark artifacts and the trouble he caused the malfoys during that time. This way they maximise the benefits gained for the malfoys, order of merlin 1st class and revenge against arthur weasley.

i feel like thats an underestimation of albus dumbledore, this is the wizarding world, he'll think that the mc has the gift of prophecy or through various hint suspect the actual truth, i mean he is the greatest wizard of his time and has tons of knowledge of branches of magic

i feel like he should've obliviated the professor and just kept that his fear is the headmaster, or maybe not mentioned timelines and didnt have the monologue about the future is not a script out loud but for it to be in his thoughts, and him figuring out that his fear is the butterfly effect to be in his thoughts not something out loud

But Great work on everything else, its really great.
