Honestly, I hope the original author doesn't just make Mikoto a simple housewife; I want to see her wielding Susanoo and wreaking havoc.

I really hope Hiruzen isn't a megalomaniacal villain in this fanfic; I'm tired of reading about that.

I really hope his summoning is the slug; I've never read a Naruto fanfic that chose it, it would be quite interesting.

That's what upsets me the most, and what makes me want to stop reading.
