But can he change whole character? Can he change people? I don't think description was clear on that. He clearly can change circumstances, events and do some influence, but directly changing who people are? I'm not sure.

He already implemented himself with Hashirama cells, so he may think that he have a lot more years then Hiruzen.

I won't give this story bad rating because I did not read this past first chapters. But I do want to leave review so other know what to expect. No power, no system ect, sounds great for people who seeks more realistic stories. But the problem here it's character motivation, there is none, he is thinking about fitting the role and survival. But the thing is that, he is week before the game events. If he wants to survive, nothing stopping him for applying sick leave or early vacation. He can easily survive with just leaving. If writer wanted character to stay, for example just write him as paranoid if he leave early he would be suspected and he fears to be under investigation. That not great motivation, but at least it's there. Or create characters personality that he will feel guilty if he at least will not try to save people and he can't simply leave. But the problem of this story, character motivation or lack of it, just kills the desire to read more, if Author leave such important part of the story from the get go, it's not look good for story quality over all.
