Pretty good for chapter 1 and pretty entertaining so far. The narrative jumps around quite a bit, which seems intentional to reflect MC's chaotic state of mind. However, some readers probably might find it difficult to follow. Maybe consider adding a bit more structure to the flow of thoughts to help guide the reader through the story.
