I'm Kureizu, a self-proclaimed Top Quality MTL Editor. I’m not the author of this MTL fanfic and I'm editing it to provide high quality reading experience for all you readers out there. Furthermore, I will remove poison in this MTL fanfic if I ever find one, such as chinanumbawan, racism, nationalism, discrimination, etc. However, I'm still human so there might be mistakes that I might overlook due to already having a built-in grammar corrector in my mind (even has reached the level of paraphraser in my mind). Also, this MTL fanfic is about a regressor who regressed 36 times and has the power of Time Regression (And further time stop, time rewind, etc.) and Mystic Eyes of Death Perception. The MC of this fanfic is the President of the SCP Foundation. Shokuhou Misaki is part of the O5 Council. I haven't read that far yet so I don't know the other members. There was hinting that Scathach from fate series is also part of the O5 council but there was never a confirmation, or maybe the confirmation was lost in the translation. Moreover, this fanfic is harem but without any lemons (as far as I have read). It's quite blasphemous to write harem without any lemons but unfortunately, I can't write one since I'm only an editor. You might as well give this fanfic a try. I can guarantee that its readable and I have taken the liberty to remove the poison.

I have read this story twice. There should be almost no poison. In short, the MC reincarnates into a mixed anime world. However, abnormal entities from various anime or even SCP entities will appear to the world randomly. After repeated failures, the MC has a turning point and finally starts building the SCP Foundation from scratch. In the early chapters, the point of view focuses on the MC and the development of his SCP Foundation. In later chapters, the story focuses on how the SCP foundation interacts with the heroine and how the heroine gets involved in SCP activities. There will be multiverse travel: Campione, Super Seminary, Evangelion, Honkai Impact, Marvel MCU (not in order).
Ah, that's good to hear. I have only read up to 110 chapters and decided to reread it and edit it cuz why not. I haven't reached the honkai arc yet. But Bruh, why do chinese authors add Super Seminary in almost every fanfic I read. its very boring.
