Perhaps it is, perhaps it isn't. I've come across numerous nonsensical crossovers, believe me. And if I were to include my fanfiction on that list, it wouldn't even make it to the top 10, xD.

Where did this idea even come from?

It's an amusing story really. Over dinner with a friend, our conversation went from the often pitiful endings of anime villains to fanfictions, particularly those narratives that offer second chances to characters like Madara and Aizen. In contemplating potential storylines, it gave me an idea—why not extend a second chance to Yhwach? After all, didn't Yhwach express his aspiration to merge all worlds, allowing both the living and the dead to coexist in the same realm? so why not just make a fanfiction for yhwach being in the walking dead Additionally, it's worth noting that the fanfiction I'm working on won't conclude upon completing all the seasons of Telltale's 'The Walking Dead.' Just to clarify, I won't be extending the narrative to cover the TV series, create a Season 5, or follow the events of the comics

I think I never even tried to read it, I just remember the idea being amusing/weird at the same time, but as Yhwach is way OP I thought smt like 'author is 100% going to nerf him' or 'he will be too OP so the story will be pointless' and never even tried.

I'll explain a bit so you can understand a little more about what I was doing with this story. If I let Yhwach stay at his full power he'd return to the bleach verse and redo his whole plan removing the concept of death and returning it to its primordial state. so that'll be the end of the story. at the same time, I didn't like the idea of nerfing him but it has to be done for the story to work out in the beginning. Anyway, you shouldn't read the beginning because I'm planning on rewriting the whole thing or a reboot.

Also If I were to let Yhwach be at his full power and let's say win. I would have sent him to the Fate verse or Marvel. Seeing as he's Op, there are a lot of other characters who can easily defeat Yhwach. I thought of doing something like Fate/Yhwach similar to Fate/Quincy but it'll only be Fate/Stay Night or Fate/Zero a 20-chapter mini story. but then I decided Nah.

Yep, I understand that, but that's basically what I wanted to read when I wrote that question, I wanted to see Yhwach with full power in a world like DC/Marvel or a world with Gods (where he is strong but not invincible)... Anyway, I gave it a chance and tried to read, the initial plot doesn't really bother me that much (the part you said to skip) BUT I can't stand the 'Character name: dialogue' so I will be dropping it.
