No, think about it this way: just because a dude plays an FPS doesn't mean they're going out of their way to cause a mass shooting. Or just because someone watches murder mystery, doesn't mean they gonna start doing unsolvable murder.

looks like a suburbs with a u-shape grid in the well off section instead of all boxed in grid's (the single u-shaped grid in a box grid suburbs are typically deemed as more well-off or more in debt then others)
