I’m guessing the hero is the MC and harem protagonist is his friend Is he going to get NTR by the harem protag?

not really, from what I can remember, correct me if I'm wrong, the mc probably had a lover during the time he was isekai'd but almost nothing has really been told about the other world and from my knowledge the MC was the most recent to leave, anyways at least to the latest chapters MC hasn't had any real love interests, he has liked some other characters but those haven't shown any interest to anyone yet or the MC's feelings for them was shallow enough that it didn't matter enough.

anyways anything else related to the MC's love life isn't clear enough yet
