He is not a villain. He is a criminal. There is a huge difference. He kinda acts like cat woman. While robbing places, he also helps flash like he is a sidekick. He acts like a fanboy near flash. And dont get me started on how stupid flash is. I mean, he is even more stupid than cw flash. Flash somehow carries his wallet with him even in costume and mc steal it for a minute and gives it back.
