Review Detail of Resurgent in I Shall Devour Everything

Obligatory review from the Author -> As obvious from the cover and synopsis, this is a high fantasy novel with unique plot elements and lore. Don't read this novel, expecting a one-punch man or something. It might start as a typical weak to strong but it is the MC's journey that matters here. Unlike most cultivation novels, where the MC simply jumps levels every dozen chaps or so, here each step of MC's power progress would be explained and satisfying. And all the characters would be developed well without making their interactions looking bland or make them into 2-D characters that serve no other purpose other than being there for the namesake of being side characters. Because of this, the plot progress wouldn't be rushed nor would it be dragging. I have tried my best to make this novel seem immersive and tried to avoid my previous mistakes of info dumps or tried to make sure that they don't break the reader's immersion. The MC may or may not be OP at the start and depends on reader's perspective. But one thing I can tell for sure is that as the time passes in the novel word and MC gains progress, his uniqueness or specialty would start becoming apparent. The worldbuilding is also completely unique and I take pride in that fact since I brainstormed the concept in this novel a lot including the novel universe. Those who are patient enough will enjoy this read while others who are looking for a one-shot MC who jumps realms every 50 chaps should look elsewhere, thank you :D Please leave a review about your thoughts and don't forget to vote if you took a liking to this novel. Ngl honestly, from the cover I thought Mc would have some secret power/trump card of turning into Godzilla (lol)😂 tho that would be very cool af, i don't mind struggling Mcs as long as it's not forced 🙂

what? no, you are misunderstanding. I didn't mean about the cultivation realms and there are no cultivation realms in this novel. I meant the realms like different dimensions or something.

Tbh I don’t mind it’s more realistic in that case I’ve read novels where the Kc doesn’t upgrade a single realm in more then a 100+ chapters. Sometimes it’s annoying when you see and mc do something in a few months or years that someone who’s lived 1000+ years couldn’t. But Yh I don’t mind reading fast ones aswell

yes this novel is on hiatus due to time constraints but you can read my other novel 'The Bored Immortal'.

Sure I will try to pick it up later on but as for my other novel, I haven't revealed the true story and character points in the summary since they are spoilers. But at the same time I wanted to start it off as a light read since we read too many novels with constant action, gore and what not without a break. So if you feel like you need some fresh air you might like it and only later the plot thickens :)
