Well, this is pretty cool, although why doesn't the MC has a name? is it gonna get explored in the future? And most of the stuff is pretty confusing, mostly because it's first(?) person. But this could be an enjoyable(yet confusing) read! idk about the character design in the novel and most things, but the writing quality is pretty good!

As the author all I can say is that there is a reason for everything. Even the confusion exists for a reason. You feel the same confusion as the main character. Remember it is a journey not a story. A journey you will take along with the character. As for POV's try to find a pattern as you read. It is a major hint to remove some of the confusion.
