I feel like both version worked almost the same. But Minato was better at executions the technique. Like if Tobirama took 1 sec to activate it, Minato took 0.1 sec. Furthermore there is evidence of Minato improving it to teleport to near the mark and not exactly to the mark. Just a general rant. So don’t be offended or anything since it’s a Chinese story anyways. This story is forced beyond the point now. There is no reason that it should follow canon. There is no reason that fights follow the same pattern. There is no reason why Sasuke would follow Orochimaru or why Orochimaru needs sasuke only. There is also no reason why Orochimaru would attack Konoha with Minato present. 🙂
